Watch Me Live Build a PPL Site That Lands AI Overviews Too! Full session transcript https://hercmagnus.com/zoom-session/?w=dwy2-jul162026 ============================================================ [0:10] All right. Hey, everybody. Get my chat open. Just going to get things sorted here real quick, and then we'll get going. Lots of people on today. This is awesome. Going to make sure my note taker is recording as well. I see some other people have note takers. I'm going to allow that today. Meeting URL. Let me just get this. [0:53] No worries, Rebecca. Hey, Troy. My Fathom didn't start my meeting, so I'm just going to make sure it does. Everybody hears me okay, I'm sure. See me? I'm not sharing the screen quite yet. I'm just going to make sure that my AI note taker records the meeting because when we do the replay, you'll be able to get access to the transcripts. I also build a really killer [1:32] question and answer thing that when you're on the replay watching the replay, you can just ask it questions, and it'll go through and find the answers for you quickly from the webinar. Super helpful stuff. Anybody new here today, new to a webinar with me? Give me a one if you're like, "Hey, I'm new. Never been on a webby with Hurt before." Hey, Jeshua, Robert, Scott. Nice. Sam, Neil, Anthony. Oh, wow, lots of you. Awesome. Really killer. Great to see some new faces. I love it. [2:10] Okay, let me just get the link here for my Fathom. This is an invalid URL. Oh, Lord. How do I get the link? [2:47] You know what? I think the transcript from Zoom will probably be good enough. I would really like Fathom to have this one, though. Can never see who's here. So there's a couple different ways that I do things. In our private coaching sessions, I do what's called Zoom meetings, and everybody can see everybody, and we can talk to each other. We respect one speaker. Everyone else is muted. On webinars like this, typically there's a lot more people. There's almost 100 in the room. So I force that to be closed just to keep it [3:27] a little more controlled. Sorry, I got to get one. That's the register link. Sorry, let me see. I got to do one more thing here. It is important that I get the link. [4:03] Sorry, guys. This thing usually just auto-fires up for me. Check the green shield at the top right for the link. Oh, you're the best, bro. Where do I get-- No, I see the green shield, but I don't see the link. I have another way of getting it, too. Let me see if this one works. And then, you know what? If it doesn't work, I'm not going to sit here troubleshooting this. I will figure out how to get this to you guys properly on the [4:39] other side. Either way, it's just Fathom does a really good job. This is an invalid URL. Okay. You know what? Bye, Fathom. You're not going to be included in this. That's too bad. Yeah, I could get the transcript. I'm recording on Zoom and stuff like that, and I'm allowing everybody's note takers in and stuff like that. So it's not really going to be a problem. It's just a lot faster. I like to get the replays out fast as I can, and when everything's on my end, it's usually really [5:15] quick to be able to do that. So welcome, everybody, to this webinar. I'm going to start sharing my screen, start telling some stories, drinking some coffee. I don't know how long we're going to be today. We're going to do a live build today, which is always fun. I have nothing planned. I love transparency, getting audience feedback, suggestions, and stuff like that. And the reason I love it is because it gets to show you that what I'm doing, what I'm teaching is 100% real. I don't need to try and fancy it up. What we have is amazing. [5:53] You know what I mean? And the more honest I can be with you about that, the more off the cuff I can be with that, the more real it is, the more you understand this is actually real. So I'm going to do it that way with you guys. So I'm going to share my screen right now All right. And give me a one, guys, if you can see the Zagio dashboard. I am going to use EZ. Okay, you guys can see everything. So, I'll start off with just basic housekeeping. [6:31] Okay, so there's three things. Number one, this is being recorded, obviously, and there will be a replay, which I will email out to everybody. Number two, at the end of this webinar, I am going to make you an offer, okay? To get into my private coaching community. It's not a cheap thing, but the value is super, insanely good. So if that kind of bothers you, that's okay. You can leave, catch the replay, whatever, but I want to be fully transparent. Yes, I am going to make you an offer to join my private community at the end of this webinar. And three, even if you never spend a dime with me today, if you stay on the webinar, [7:09] you're going to learn a lot, okay? Because we've been doing a lot. I'm going to cover a lot. So you will still learn a lot about PPL, about AI overviews, about fast-ranking websites, okay? So, why I'm teaching PPL, and I'm going to focus a lot on pay per lead right now. Does everybody know what pay per lead is? This is obviously a very SEO lead gen heavy group. I'm sure everyone here knows what pay per lead is, but give me a no if you don't know what pay per lead is. Google PPL. [7:44] Yeah, you could do that, too. So pay per lead is a very interesting strategy within the whole rank and rent scenario, a traditional rank and rent deal, and I'm not going to talk about client SEO or anything like that. We're going to focus on lead gen. Rank and rent lead gen typically is where you choose a niche, you choose a location that's profitable, it's easy to rank, it can generate leads. Yes, we can get them into AI overviews. We're going to talk a lot about that today to help you boost, because we all know that AI is changing the landscape. There's now local LLM mentions, like people are searching in GPT. Google is changing to the AI overviews and the AI mode. [8:22] There's just chatter everywhere about how fast things are changing. But myself and Suryanshu, mostly Suryanshu, has done a lot of work on AI overviews. So we have been able to capture traffic from AI overviews, which is great. And traditionally, it was really hard with lead gen sites because AI is-- It's not links anymore, right? Like the Google ranking, a lot of it was, I was teaching it about optimization. Still good keyword research, still good optimization, and then links to get you up to the top of Google to get that [8:58] traffic. But because things have changed to the AI overviews, the AI mode, LLMs, and stuff like that, those links, you know what I mean, and that organic ranking position in Google is slowly changing, and it's interesting. Links are almost an interesting topic now because, yes, you need links to rank. Yes, I still think you need rankings to help get mentioned in AI overviews, but it's not the full picture anymore, right? And AI overviews don't rank based on the amount of links you [9:33] have. They rank based on the research they do of the seed keyword. And if your site is a good citation of the information they get when they're looking for that, then you can get those AI overviews. I'll actually start with kind of some of Suryanshu's work, right? So he has a site, Baltimore... I love this one, Spray Foam Insulation. I believe it's... Yeah. He has a site, this one, and he built this one a while ago. [10:09] This was a Zagio build, and then, of course, Suryanshu's very good at design and stuff like that, so it's a little bit changed. But he's really cracked AI overviews. I also had another site called Scottsdale General Contractors, which ranked number one really fast in Google, started getting traffic and leads and stuff like that, but it was never being mentioned in AI Overviews. So I started this whole AI Overviews test with this site, and typically with a lead gen site, and I'm going to get back to what PPL is in a second because this part's important. Typically with a lead gen site, [10:45] you're kind of posing as a brand, as a company in a location so that you can get leads, and the leads are what we sell to the business owners. They couldn't really care much about, "I've got a really nice site" or "I've got really good rankings." Business owners don't care about that crap. Ultimately, what they care about is leads, right? So if you go to a business owner with a site that's generating leads and say, "Hey, listen, I can get you 10 to 20 new leads a month for XX dollars. Are you interested? I could send you a couple free leads," right? The job's been becoming a little harder with the AI Overviews specifically because when we're posing as a brand, [11:22] AI is doing more research. They're not just looking at the links to determine who's ranking number one in Google, which is the old way. Now AI is like when someone goes into an AI system like Google and we type in Scottsdale. Well, sorry, I guess I got to go to Google first, right? Well, we go to Google and this part's still happening, Scottsdale General Contractors, okay? So this part's still happening. We have our sponsored results, of course, and then we have our GBPs, and [11:57] there's my site, right? But sometimes when this query is an informational query, meaning who's the best Scottsdale general contractor or stuff like that, informational-based, an AI overview will pop up, right? If I just add the word best to this Okay. Or who is, I don't know. It's not surfacing right now. It'll surface later. The AI overviews will show up, and you want to be in there, right? Same thing with AI mode. People are doing it here. Best general-- Well, I want it to be Scottsdale general contractors for that one. But you want to be in there, right? Now, this query is [12:35] not... I'll go back to Google. Actually, let me do it in incognito too. So let's go back to Google, and I'll type that query in again, Scottsdale general contractors. Okay, if you go to AI mode, a lot of people are moving over to AI mode. And with a transactional keyword, which is a lot different than an informational keyword, right? These are the keywords that you want to rank for. These are the things that bring in leads and money because we know the state of the mind that the person in. This person is looking for a Scottsdale general [13:13] contractor, right? So I did a lot of work to the Scottsdale general contractor site to get mentioned in AI overviews, and I actually did really, really well. But what I had to do was change the site from posing as an actual general contractor in Scottsdale to more what I call a micro-directory, right? And this was all work that was done with AI. Even in AI, asking AI Overviews, "Why didn't you cite this particular site?" And this is where the biggest clue happened. [13:48] When I asked it that, it's like, well, this is an obvious lead gen site, right? And there's no mentions of it anywhere. There's no Facebook profiles, no GBPs, no nothing. And then for this particular site, it even said, like a general contractor in Scottsdale has to have something called an ROC license. You have nothing of the sort on your site. And that's how smart AI is, right? Is AI is not just looking at who links to your site and how well is it optimized. It's not about that. AI even knows that one thing when it said general [14:23] contractors have to have an ROC license. That's a really, really smart thing that has nothing to do with anything as far as SEO, right? So it suggested get an-- Well, the immediate suggestion was display your license and this and this. I was like, "Well, I don't have a license." Just that and then-- So anyways, it gave me a bunch of suggestions. I took the suggestions, and I told it what I was doing, and it said, "Well, then why don't you kind of be like a directory of ROC contractors?" So you'll notice that the site kind of changed into Scottsdale general contractors. We're not posing as a company. We're posing as a help item to [15:02] help people find the right contractor. And a lot of the work that was done by my AI was going to a public source database and finding out what the ROC licenses were and s**t like that, and then adding it to the site, right? Now, if we go to Search Console for that site, and I believe it's in here. I can't remember where Scottsdale is, but I want to show you. I've shown this on other images before. Yeah. Here we go. Scottsdale general contractors. Now, if we go to the impressions of Scottsdale general contractors over the last [15:40] 12 months, you can see that it was kind of slowly growing. But then right here on the second, when I made the changes, 24 hours after I made the changes to the site, resubmitted it, my impressions immediately jumped up. Now, I did research into a lot of stuff with Search Console and what impressions I've always said they're kind of a vanity metric. The AI Overviews I found impressions count towards AI Overviews. If you're cited anywhere on Google, okay, your impressions go up. So you can see we went from like 50 some impressions per day to up to [16:16] over 400, 500 impressions per day, and that continues. And that's directly a result of I did the right work to the site to get cited by AI, right? Now, the other layer is the checking, the reporting of getting cited by AI. A lot of us will just go into Google and search it ourselves, but that's also affected by your search browser history and your location and stuff like that, so it's not the best test. We're building an LLMs mention feature into our flagship product, Zagio, so that we can get that independent third-party testing. But Google Search Console itself, the only thing I changed [16:54] was change from posing as a business to posing as a helpful micro-directory. Now, the upside to that, it worked. The downside to that, it hurt conversions, right? Calls stopped coming, forms stopped being submitted, and the reason why is because I lost that brand appeal. I don't look like a company anymore. I look like a directory. So on one hand, it worked. On the other hand, it didn't. That's where my head of SEO, my right-hand man, Suryanshu, took over with his sites, and he's like, "I think we can do this." And it's like, well, if he's like, "I think we can still maintain the brand and still get mentioned in AI Overviews." I was like, "Okay, buddy. [17:33] Get to work," right? So he did. And I think he started on this site. I don't even know. Suryanshu, can you post in WhatsApp if you're on the webinar? I don't even see the list of attendees. Let me see. Actually, yeah, you're there. I'm going to promote you to a panelist just in case you want to come on and chat. There you go. You can unmute yourself if you want to chat. So let's go back to Google incognito and show you some of the cool s**t that Suryanshu did. So you take that same transactional keyword, [18:09] Baltimore spray foam insulation. There's his website, right? And if I go over to AI mode, though, and I keep that same transactional keyword in AI mode baltimoresprayfoaminsulation.com showing up in the top right, number one. And number one right here, Baltimore Spray Foam Insulation, rated as one of the top companies. But he didn't stop there, of course, he did more. What was the other good one that you had? The Baltimore Deck. So again, this is his site. Another one that he was testing and applying strategies to of, number one, maintain [18:46] the brand. The I'm a deck builder in Baltimore, but number two, still be able to get mentioned in AI overviews with a lack of GBP, with the lack of social profiles, Web 2.0, citations, Yellow Pages directories, Angie, nothing. It's a website that sits on its own. So we see this a lot too, with our sites, the way that we build them with Zagio, we were already winning like this before the whole AI overviews thing where we can rank on top of maps. And I know a lot of people, and this is GBP, or GMB, GBP, some people just prefer to stay with GMB instead of, "I don't like [19:24] GBP." Same s**t. A lot of people think you cannot do lead gen without a GBP. You can. You can also rank above GBP. And that's a whole different discussion, but if we go to AI mode for that transactional keyword, Baltimore deck builder, okay. We're seeing Baltimore deck builder here. And these are changing, these are volatile. They're changing a lot every day, but Suryanshu has figured out, there it was again, Suryanshu has figured out how to get Baltimore deck builder listed in AI overviews with a lead gen site without the proper [20:03] citational layer, all with work done on the website. So that's what we want to show you today. Now, where does this apply to the PPL? Are you guys interested in this s**t, by the way? This is pretty cool, right? We're going to reveal a lot about how we did this. Awesome. So where this fits into the whole pay per lead strategy. Now, Baltimore deck builder style sites, lead gen sites, right? So we got the AI overviews figured out. So we're getting mentioned in the AI overviews. So we're good on the organic now. [20:39] At times we're beating the GBPs. The sites, this thing was converting crazy for leads, right? It still does actually, especially now the AI overviews, it converts really good. So your job as a lead gen at this point in the rank and rent model is now to prospect and sell. Prospecting means reaching out to deck building companies in Baltimore. Who are s****y companies, bad websites, no websites, pay too much for advertising, whatever the reason might be. We teach that in our private community. We have a guy named Parrish Condra who's absolutely killer at this. [21:17] He's exploded to, I don't know if he's at five figures a month yet or not, but he just exploded out of nowhere. He had no SEO skills, but he did have sales skills, and he was like, "Oh, s**t, you guys do all the SEO with your software. I'll just do the sales part." And he exploded. Anyways, you're contacting Baltimore companies saying, "Listen, I get X amount of leads. Can I send you a couple free ones?" You know what I mean? "Do you service decks in Baltimore?" That's the easiest way to reach out to a client, a potential client is pose as someone who needs a deck. "Hey, do you guys do deck building in some little suburb of Baltimore?" Make it kind of personalized, right? [21:54] "Yeah, we do." "Okay, well, can I send you a couple leads? Do you have a referral program?" Is another great way to open. So I'm dropping some gold here that's in our private coaching, but I'm going to drop some on the webinar today. Do you offer a referral program is a great way to open because when you ask that, and they say yes, they're telling you they pay for leads right up front. They aren't scared of that conversation. And then if they say, "Yeah, we do," it's like, "What do you offer?" You know what I mean? And then they'll literally tell you how much they're willing to pay you for a lead. So it's a really great, easy strategy to get people to just start [22:30] that conversation, and then you just flip it and say, "Okay, well, can I send you a few free leads?" Then once they've experienced your service and everything, and that you can track the leads and prove the leads and stuff like that, you say, "Listen, I'll sell you the site for X amount of dollars." That could be anywhere from 200 to 2,000 or 2,500, depending on the value and number of the leads that you can provide. So if your site's not generating enough leads, well, there's a couple ways that we teach to do it. One is to run ads. We teach the whole strategy, how to run ads to boost up your leads so that you're [23:07] still profitable. And two is all you guys in your GBP. Now, once you have a client who's happy, you can add the GBP layer and get more leads on top like that. But that's the whole idea. Now, the caveat of this and why pay per lead matters in this strategy, lots of people still don't like prospecting and sales. Give me a one if you're one of those people that's like, "I don't really love the prospecting and sales portion of lead gen." And that's why a lot of us like the idea of what PPL is. Now, PPL, pay per lead, are networks who [23:43] already have relationships with companies that want to buy leads. They act as a middleman between the guy who generates leads and the company who buys leads. The way these guys make money is you send them the lead, they send it to the company, they charge the company, and they pay you a cut. They get a cut. They're a toll booth. Makes a lot of sense. Now, traditionally, I have heard... Sorry, traditionally, I've experienced PPL networks, low payout offers, just tons of s**t. I've done it. [24:18] You got to find the right offer, find the right zip, find the right city match, this and that, and then send your leads and hope they convert and yada, yada, yada. There's just- fraught with all these problems. And that's why I was like, look, if we look at sales and prospecting as the answer to the problems of a PPL network, then we're golden because we're going to make more money. We remove the middleman, right? And we're direct to buyer. But for those that don't like that sales and prospecting, PPL is an attractive strategy with a different set of problems. Well, lately, because we've gotten so good at SEO and our software's [24:56] agile, it's like an automatic website builder. We've gotten so good at SEO and ranking and cracking AIO reviews, generating leads and whatnot, I was like-- and it happened on a webinar a little while back where I built a site live. Again, I always do this, Kate. I had the audience suggest it. I built this site, Charlotte Water Damage, right? And the owner of a lead gen network happened to be on that call, and he watched. And I think it took three or four days, and the site was ranking number one. Here it is right there. And he's like, "Dude, I'll pay you [25:33] $500 per lead." Right? And I was like, "S**t, I didn't really know PPL." Okay, so this is an overlay. That's a whole other strategy we'll talk about. This is not actually the site. This is something I'm overlaying on the real site. Actually, I'll shut it off right now and just kind of show you. This is another software that I built called Site Paint to do those overlay strategies. We'll talk about that in a little bit. So I'm going to go to my assets, and I'm going to look for Charlotte, and I will turn off that overlay. So I'll turn it from active to paused. Okay? So we'll save that so you can see the site, and I'll just refresh it here. So here's the site, right? [26:12] And the guy was like, "I'll pay you $500 a lead." And I was like, "Well, damn, that's a good offer." And I've already matched, just by luck, I've already matched Charlotte Water to this offer on a PPL network where there's $500 payouts. And I was like, "Damn, maybe it's worth a shot again." Okay? And that's what reignited the flame for me to get into it, right? So we started doing PPL again and lead gen testing again. Now, I love being transparent. It's not all cakewalk. Okay? Of course, we still have those problems, but we seem to have answers for every problem we go up against. So I think it was about 90 days ago, [26:49] okay, I started testing. I was like, "What sites do I have in my inventory that I could just throw at a matching offer?" Right? So let me go to Campaigns. I'm going to go to Reports. Sorry. Let's go to Reporting. What's going on here? Default. Yeah, Default Reporting. And I'll just back up. I'll just do the last 90. Where's the last 90 days? There is none. Okay, I'll just do it like this. So in about mid-April, I started testing again. Okay? So we're sending a lot of calls, but we all know, and I do have some [27:25] GMBs, so we all know incoming calls can have a lot of spam and s**t like that, right? Especially from GMBs, people trying to sell you services. Completed calls is what matters, right? Those are the calls that actually got through and had a conversation. So Completed Converted. So you can see over the last 90 days or so, I got to 423 bucks. It's about 150 bucks a month. Okay? A little shy of that. Let me call it 140 or whatever. Nothing to brag or get crazy about at all, right, except for this. This is just testing, right, and learning. And I already have learned so [28:01] much. And I didn't want to teach PPL to anyone until I made $1,000 in PPL inside of 30 days, because then I really feel like I've validated what I do enough to say, "Hey, here's what I'm doing. Why don't you guys try it too?" And obviously, I provide the tools and stuff to help you to do it. But I decided, you know what? Because $423 is not bad. 140 bucks a month is not bad for the initial testing that we've done, the amount of sites that we've done. Because now that I know what's converting, now that I know the [28:38] offer types, and we're looking at a lot of things, like now that we've cracked AIO reviews, right? We're doing a lot. And even where a conversion matters and how to work inside of a PPL network, where you're posing as one business and then like a Baltimore Spray Foam, but then sending to a PPL network where the actual business that answers isn't Baltimore Spray Foam, they're like Red's Spray Foam Insulation or something like that. All these little things, all these little issues that come up, right? We're learning how to defeat these. And I think that with the continuous conversions and the [29:13] tests that we're doing and the work that we're doing, I'm going to hit that $1,000 a month, right? And I feel like it's probably better to start teaching it now while I'm in the trenches and doing this stuff and show everyone what I'm doing, what I'm doing right, what I'm doing wrong, kind of what to do, what not to do. That's valuable information too, right? So I decided, you know what? I am going to open this up. I am going to teach this stuff again. And I'm going to put it all into my private coaching community, right? And that is the offer, again, I'm going to give to you guys at [29:50] the end of the webinar. But in order to teach this stuff right now live on the webinar, I think the best thing that I can do for you guys is build a site. Right? Let's build a lead gen site so you can see yourselves everything that's in place, everything that if you join our private coaching community that you'll have access to, to be able to do what I'm about to do live today. So does that sound good to you guys? We'll just build a site. All right. So what I'm going to do [30:25] is I'm going to turn off my camera so we can focus on the screen, and I'm going to open up a bunch of tools and talk you through this. Okay? And so we're going to start Where's my camera? Okay. Suryanshu, did you want to add anything before about the AI overviews and s**t like that? No, not really. Very quiet if you're talking. You and your computer mic. Am I audible? [31:01] You sound like this. Oh, man. Okay, we're going to skip that because your mic is absolutely terrible. So I created a tool. Oh, first of all, the first thing that I did, because I have a big community, because I have a good reach and stuff like that, and because the guy reached out to me from the network offer, he said, "I'll pay you this much a call." And I was like, "Well, if you're going to do that, you have to expedite my approval into your network and s**t like that. And I want you to approve every offer I apply for because I want to work with speed, I want to work without any bottlenecks. [31:37] I don't want to be waiting on nothing." He's like, "No matter what you give me, you're approved, okay?" So he gave me access to everything. So one of the first things that I did... Where is it? Sorry, guys, I just got to log in here and find that tool. Okay, this Lead Smart calculator. So Lead Smart is the network run by Matthew Zivkovic and his right-hand man, Seth. I grabbed their entire offer sheet, [32:14] okay, and put it into my own little tool here so that I could basically find an offer that is high-paying and stuff like that and match it with an EMD because our process prior to pay per lead was direct buyer lead gen. And I always said the first place to start is with keyword research. You have to find a niche, you have to find a location, and those have to be a combination like spray foam insulation Baltimore or Baltimore deck builder or general contractor Scottsdale, whatever. You have to find something that's number one, profitable, meaning it's got search volume and good CPC, and number two, it's easy to rank. [32:51] You can rank really fast without many or any links. And we've proved that time and time again. We have so many testimonials of fast rankings. I ranked Pool Builders Davie, just to show you one more. This is a rich little community in Florida. I ranked this site six hours after it was built, and it was ranked number one on Google with zero links. I have tons of that. So we're like, okay, we know how to rank sites. We know how to pick these really good niche keywords, and we use a tool called Killer... This is another, not Killer PBN, Killer EMD. We use a tool called Killer EMD [33:28] to help us find these all day, every day, okay? And a lot of people, "Oh, the market's saturated." No, it isn't. When you see what I do here, you'll see how wide open this whole opportunity actually still really is, and why it still really is, and maybe you'll understand why the market's not saturated. Okay, so we used to just start here in Killer EMD and find a good niche that's profitable, easy to rank, build it, start generating leads, and then get to the clients. Now, the PPL strategy requires something a little extra before you do that. You have to start with an offer, right, and a location, right? So I pulled all their niches, right, and I pulled all the [34:05] offers that they have into this thing so that we could start. Water damage being the biggest one, obviously, but not always the most profitable or not always the easiest to rank. So for instance, I could build, if I went and searched Killer EMD for water damage keywords, I might get a city, but it has to be a match inside of here. Right? They have to offer, basically they're saying, "Look, we offer these $400 payouts if you're sending us leads in Litchfield Park, Arizona." [34:41] But does Litchfield Park water damage have search volume? Is it easy to rank? So there's a new layer where you have to find your offer, but you also have to find a Killer EMD thing that goes with it. Now, through all the work that I've already done, I think that I can give everyone a bit of a starting point, and I know that everyone that joins is going to do exactly what I did, but I do think it's worth you guys finding your own niches. I found that roofing is really good, okay? High payouts, lot of ways to get into that market. Another one that's really good, and you've heard this before, and it's probably why you hear it all the time, is tree services. [35:18] One of the reasons tree services is so good is because the homeowner that's calling for tree service providers, they don't need to analyze 20, 30 companies to make their buying decision, right? Because they're not going to be spending $50,000. They're going to spend a grand or something to get a tree removed. They don't give a s**t really who does it and what their ratings are. So if you provide a half-ass decent experience for them when they land on your site, they're going to call, right? They're going to call. So things like that, we keep in mind when we're doing this, okay? So I'm going to do roofing, okay? Just because I like the roofing. [35:53] If we go back to my... Oh, I closed the Ringba-- No, I didn't close it. Yes, I did close the Ringba dashboard. Let me reopen that, okay? And show you why I'm going to do roofing. Oh, my God. I closed it. Sorry about that. Okay, so let's go back to reporting. We'll go back to the last six months, so we get that data to April. And then we look at just the consolidated. So we had those two offers right here, roofing and roofing. You can see the completed for roofing was 10, converted three. [36:32] That's 30%, resulting in $236 in revenue. And then you can see And this is weird, they show revenue per call, but they should show revenue per converted, whatever 236 divided by three is. It's like 70, 80 bucks a call. And then this roofing contractors, we had two calls in and we converted two and got paid $60 per call at $120. I'm going to show you everything about where to get this stuff. If you're already in my private coaching group, this training is coming to you guys because we're starting a new Done With You series [37:08] next week. And yeah, see, I'm already seeing it. John Hardman just said, "I tried LeadSmart before. I got a ton of calls, but they all hung them up," and blah, blah, blah. Exactly. These are all the problems that we've all experienced with PPL networks, right? But I'm learning how to work within a PPL network, how to overcome all that s**t. Yeah, we have a new Done With You coming next week where we're going to cover everything I'm doing today, but in high-level detail. I can't do it on a webinar. I have to do it with you guys on multiple webinars, right? To really teach it. But we're going to go through enough today that you're going to get a really good damn idea of what's going on. So roofing I really, really [37:44] liked. Okay? So I'm just going to start with roofing. Now, I'm going to give you guys a lot of clues about roofing and how to break into roofing industries. It doesn't matter the city, the size anymore, okay? It used to. It doesn't matter the city, the size. But easy ways to get into roofing, and actually a good example is one of my best performers for that is actually this site, Hood River Roofing, which ranks number one, and we have an overlay on it right now. Again, this is part of the strategy that I'm not going to cover this part today, but I'll cover it in the training. But I don't think it matters that much because of what Suryanshu did. [38:20] Hood River is a really, really small town, I don't know if it-- in Oregon. Okay, so if I go to maps, for instance, and we look at Hood River, it's so tiny. Its population is like it's just way out there in the boons next to Portland. This one converts, okay? It's a small town, but it still converts. And this one is responsible, I believe, for about 50% of that roofing income. So traditionally, smaller cities, stuff like that, easy to break [38:57] into, but I found that with Killer EMD, we could do this in New York, we could do this in Los Angeles, we could do this anywhere, right? An example of that is what? Phoenix Plumbing Co. Actually, let me-- faster way to show it. Sorry to keep sidetracking, but I like proving what I'm saying. If we go to the rank tracker for Phoenix Plumbing, this was another fast ranker. Phoenix, one of the biggest cities obviously in the US, right? Oops. [39:33] Built one of those-- Found a good keyword, and okay, phoenixplumbingco.com. There's my site. You can see it's kind of got that Zadial flare, right? Hood Roofer, small town. But the Phoenix Roofing one, here's an interesting... Oh yeah, Phoenix Plumbing too was another good one. Yeah, no, sorry. Phoenix Plumbing. 8,100 searches for the root keyword, and look at the rank tracker for this thing. It's constantly hitting page one and bumping up against it for Phoenix Plumbing, right? But the keyword I went after [40:09] was Phoenix Plumbing Co because it showed me this variation of that niche is actually very good to go after. And you can see we ranked that pretty much right away, 29. We built the site on May 14th, '29. And a few days later, or 16, a few days later, we're number one and we maintained it. Another question a lot of people ask, "Well, do these rankings stick?" Yeah, they stick. Okay? Now AI overviews as well on top of that. So niches and cities don't matter. One of the things about roofing is AI is so powerful. Roofing materials matter, [40:44] right? You can do flat roofing, metal roofing, clay roofing, tile roofing. It doesn't have to be roofing contractor roofing. It can be anything within-- I can even say right here, let's for instance say, what is the most common roof type in Phoenix, right? And we get asphalt shingles. I think that's always going to be, but concrete and clay, flat roofs, foam roofs, all of these become potentials, right? So I'll show you how it all plays out, but all we have to do is go over to [41:21] this tool that I built, and I'm going to go into roofing. Okay, we have 17,000 locations, and I can do a sort by population. We have Houston, Chicago, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Miami, San Antonio. I love San Antonio, Las Vegas. Ooh, Vegas is a good one too. Let's go to Vegas. So let's do this. Okay, so we know we have all these big cities. We can go smaller if we wanted to, Colorado Springs, and we can just start doing a search in Killer EMD to find our killer EMD, which is an exact match domain for the site that we're [41:57] going to build and send the calls to these offers, which will pay anywhere between $31 and $125 per converted call. Right? Which will result in that income, and then we scale, right? We do it again and again and again, and we refine. We get better conversions on single properties, and then we take those conversions and we apply them across different websites, and we do the AI overview strategy so that we're landing the organic, we're landing the AI overviews, we can run paid ads if the payouts are good enough, right? [42:32] Start stacking all these strategies in a really good way to make this whole thing work. So let's just get into it. So we're going to do a keyword search. We're going to search by niche, and all I'm going to do is put in roof, right? Because this will include keywords of roof, roofer, roofing, roofie, roofied, roofalota, doesn't matter. Then the real magic of this tool is these pre-filters. Like I want to look at ... small towns or I want to look at just big enough to matter or massive metros, or you can set your own little things. And what these things are doing is just setting [43:09] pre-filters of search volume, AdWords cost per click, and AdWords competition. Now, the reason that we do this is because over my entire career of doing this and doing tons of keyword research, starting all the way back at Google Keyword Planner, when they used to give us all the data, and Search Engine Cockpit and every other keyword research tool you could think of, I started realizing, s**t, every domain I build where I land on a keyword that I like, they're basically following the same format of volume CPC competition. And then I started realizing, oh my god, I can literally, if I put these in [43:44] as filters, I can pre-filter and if I want to know what lawyer keywords are, I just raise the CPC. If I want to look at what the low niche ticket stuff like tree services and s**t, I lower the CPC. If I want to look at big cities, I raise the volume to this. If I want to look at little cities, I lower it like this. And AdWords competition, if I want to make sure people are on ads, I raise it. Started realizing this and realizing, wait, pre-filters is the magic. Pre-filters is the magic, right? So I want to go wide for this initial one where I'm on roof, right? But the one thing I want to turn up is CPC. [44:20] If I have a low CPC, I'm going to get a bunch of informational style s**t keywords. Who pays a lot of money for keywords? Who pays a lot of CPC for keywords? This is a question to you guys. Let's do some guesses. Business owners. Business owners, the people that are running the ads. Yeah, the roofers, right? So if I want to see what the keywords are that are being searched, and I also want to make sure that the keywords are being paid for in AdWords, I raise the CPC. Pretty easy. I can use negative keywords, things like [44:55] jobs or whatever that don't matter, but I'm just going to go like this. Okay. I'm going to use Killer Data. We have Cash Data as well, but Killer Data is fresh and good and awesome, and it's fast. And you get historic information. So let's just look at this list. Now remember, we're on step one here, and I'll kind of redefine the steps right now. Step one, find a niche that matches a PPL offer so that we can register an EMD, exact match domain, so that we can build the site. And that's exactly what we're doing. So we found 1,000 keywords here. Okay, guys? So 1,000 keywords. The one thing that's in common with all these keywords is [45:33] the word roof appears somewhere in the keyword, right? So 1,000 of them. So what I like to do when I get that much data is I kind of will say, all right, I want to start with short words, like three or two. So I'm going to go to three-word words like roofing SEO company or roofing company Tampa. Here's one, roofing companies Katy. I don't like working with the word companies. I try to think when I'm choosing these like, what would a business owner likely call a business if they didn't know? There's lots of businesses that use the location as their name, so it's okay to make the EMD a keyword, but it also qualifies [46:11] as a brand. It already happens. It's crazy. So let's just look for some locations here. So Lewisville. So now I see Lewisville, so let's go back up to here, and then I'm also going to search Lewisville. L-O-U-- okay, there it is. Lewisville, 762K. Could be a 39. Saint Cloud is a little better, but they do offer it in Lewisville, so I could do like this. Let's look at all the Lewisville keywords. Okay? L-O-U. [46:50] Okay, so we got all these Lewisville variations. Now, when I said earlier, you might think the market is saturated, but it isn't, and here's the reason why. I could build a website for this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this. These are all opportunities to appear. When people typically think this model is saturated, it's because when you're thinking of Lewisville roofing, you're like, "Oh, there's too many people competing in Lewisville roofing. I'll never get there." But what you're not thinking is that the way that homeowners are searching for roofers in Lewisville is really wide, right? [47:27] So, just in Lewisville, there's one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And let me take out the three words and see what's left here. So now there's even more, right? Each one of these might be a good opportunity to rank really quickly for roofing in Lewisville. That's one location in one city. Multiply that by the amount of cities in the US or whatever country you're in, and by the amount of niches, and then roofing, I just said roofing. I could say clay roofing, tile roofing, flat roofing, just in Lewisville. [48:07] Does that right there open up anyone's mind as to like, wait a minute, this isn't saturated? Just because there's a lot of people doing SEO for roofing in Lewisville doesn't mean that they're attacking it the same way that I'm teaching. And if you want a really crazy example of that, if I go to draperies Los Angeles, for instance, okay. There's draperieslosangeles.com. Or is it Los Angeles draperies? [48:44] The reverse. Oh, it's not showing here. Oh, there it is. Okay. Losangelesdraperies.com ranking number one. I'm going to open that in a new tab, okay, so you can see what the site look like. There's my phone. That's from Ring Robin. And down here, draperieslosangeles.com Oh, wow. Look at that. That's an exact duplicate of a site with just the H1 changed and taking up two positions on the first page in Google. [49:20] Which means I registered two of these. So are you guys kind of starting to see? And do you think it was a lot of extra work to throw up the second site after the first one was already done? I literally clicked clone, and then I went in and I just changed this H1 to match this H1, and I changed the title to match the EMD. And that was another test that I did that I teach heavily, called Seeds and Satellites, where I show you the tests that I've done against duplicate content websites. Not duplicate content pages, but duplicate content [49:56] websites. And there you go, there's an example of it. So I'm trying to show you guys this business is not saturated. The way that people approach this business is saturated, or it's just not clever enough. So anyways, let's get into it. So let's go back to the three weird ones. Okay. Anyone learning anything, hopefully? Good value so far? Oh, yeah. Okay, good. So Louisville, KY Roofing, great name for a company. A thousand searches per month, $25 CPC. [50:32] What we typically do is first we click Check the Domain, and it'll check what extensions are there, and I'm seeing lots of those stuff go up. And then that tells us whether the EMD is available, right? .com, .net, .org is what I like to check. When you guys have your own Killer EMD accounts, you can set this to whatever you want. So if you're in a different country, you could set it to Australia or UK or whatever you like. Since I'm in Canada, when I'm in Canada, I check the .cas when I'm doing stuff in the States, which I like to do the most because the US dollar is stronger than ours, so I get extra [51:08] revenue. I check .com, .net, .org. Okay, these are signals. When all three are available, that's awesome. And we know it's profitable, okay, because number one, it's roofing. We know it's crazy search volume. We can see the search volume history is low end 590, high end 1,900 per month. We know that advertisers are paying anywhere from 14 to $70 per click on this keyword, depending on how good their AdWords campaign is optimized. And this bid competition is how many advertisers are bidding [51:44] on this keyword, telling us how many companies are out there losing their shirts on AdWords to buy leads, right? So when we come along with maybe a better offer, that's cool, but we also have the PPL strategy, and Suryanshu actually brought up something I'll bring up later on about sending to a PPL network if you sign a client and get the big bucks, when they don't answer, you forward to a PPL network and collect it anyways. The other strategy is before you have a client, you send to the PPL network so that you're making revenue while you're hunting for the better-paying client, right? Lots of awesome options there. [52:20] So the next thing is we know it's profitable, okay, and that was kind of the work done in those searches. Now we have to know, is it easy to rank? And what we do for that is check something called the Kill Score. So I'm just going to click all these. And the Kill Score is kind of a proprietary thing that I developed. It's my own experience on analyzing the first page of Google and what matters in whether it's easy or hard to rank. I've ranked tons of sites number one, guys. I used to say, "Five links and I'll rank a site number one," now we're doing it with zero, and I think it's because of Killer EMD, because it's [52:57] helping us find that s**t so well. Okay, and it doesn't look like any of these are going to play out. But as I'm analyzing them, they're moving from my search queries, right, into my these are now analyzed for you. So here we have an 80, which is actually pretty good as a Kill score. If we can get these above 90, it's even better. But I don't love this domain, Roofers in Louisville. You could still do it, but this would be better. 75 is actually not bad. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to go back to my keywords, and I'm going to get rid of Louisville and look in a different location, okay? [53:33] Because I do want to have a shot at this actually doing something, and so should you when you do it. These are the filters that we have on, so remember to clear those out. So the other thing I'm going to do is I'm going to change my volume. I know everyone wants to go after the high volume stuff, but my experience tells me anything in the 300 to maybe 700 range is a lot easier to rank for. Not always, but sometimes. So that's not there. Oh, yeah, words, let's get rid of that. All words. Oh, really? Everything came back at 1,000. Is that what this is telling me? [54:09] Let's do 900. Wow. Okay, so let's go another one. Charlotte Roofing Repair Charlotte. You don't have to go after roofing, you can go after roofing repair. So let's check the domain and the Kill Score. .com is taken, but someone's selling it for $63. If it shows up gold, someone's willing to sell it. It'll show you the price, okay? Sacramento Roofing, let's get those Kill Scores. Roofing Naperville, Illinois. Sacramento Rooftops Baltimore. [54:45] That could mean patios. Although people are paying a lot for it. Let's just check it. Roofing helmet. No, I don't like in. Roofing Vancouver, Washington. That's a big one. Look at that. .com is there I think probably some of these are going to come in. Crosby, is that a location? The other thing you can do is talk to AI about this [55:20] keyword. How much does a roofing Crosby job typically cost? You can just click that, and it'll talk to you about what it is. 8,000 to 25,000 for the roof, so yeah, that's pretty good. I don't know if that's a company or a location, though. Make sure you know. Sacramento roof. Let's just... No, I don't want to do it. You could always Google it. Roofing Cross-- Is Crosby like a town? Does anyone know? Crosby, Texas? Really? [55:56] Are you from Texas, Dan? Oh yeah, look at that. Okay, perfect. Cool. And .com's there. The other thing too, guys, we don't just check if the domains are available. We also, if you click on it, it'll go and check the Wayback Archive to see if there was ever a website before. If there was, then you could say, okay, analyze the links that exist for me, and then sometimes you can find expired domains all within the software. I found one, Orem Pest Control, that I registered that used to be a pest control business, so I built it out. Let me see. [56:34] Do we have any? We have five analyzed. Let's just keep going here. Roofing. I don't like companies or company in my thing. Roofing Duluth, Minnesota. Okay. If you like an area, you can always just search for it, like Cincinnati. Cincinnati. And I'll get the correct spelling of it, and then I'll put it in my search. [57:11] So there you go again, holy smokes. Crosby, Texas, Crosby, Ohio, too. That's another important point. If you were to do roofing Springfield and it says 1,000 searches a month, unless the state is included in the keyword-- There's an 84. That's pretty good. Unless the state is included in the keyword, you have to consider that there's multiple Springfields. So when people are searching roofing Springfield and the volume's 1,000, the relevant volume to the location that you actually care about is less, and you just have to remember that. Okay. There's another good tip for everyone to check. [57:46] Let's get that one. Let's get this. I don't know why the .co showed up. Something weird in there. Roofers Cincinnati. Okay, one of these we're going to just go on. Okay? Because I'm not going to sit here all day and click buttons for you guys. But when I'm doing this for real, I usually will spend... And to be honest, it's really fun, too. But yeah, I'll spend a good amount of time making sure that I get something that's good. Okay, so let's look at some analyzed. We have an 85. Is that really a .co? Let me go to my settings and get the .com. Account settings. [58:22] Why is .co in there? Are you being caca? See, this is where you set what you want it to check. I have .com, .org, .net. I don't have .co, but it's doing .co for some reason. Oh, Rooftops Baltimore. That's a pretty good one. .com's there, too. Let's just do it. Okay, let's go. Oh, kill score. Now, it's 91. It's really high. I can kind of walk you through it. [58:59] Does anyone want to be walked through it? How is that kill score created, and what are we actually looking at? It's basically I'll teach you how to analyze the first page of Google for difficulty. Does anyone want to see that, or should we just skip it and build the site? Okay, people want to see it. Okay, so I'll show you the old way, and I'll show you the Killer EMD way. Okay? When I want to look at if something is good to go after in Google, one of the old ways I used to do is, number one, take the keyword, do intitle Rooftops Baltimore because keyword in the title is an SEO [59:37] metric, and I want to see how many people I'm competing against. Typically, I want to see that less than 100. Right? Depending on the volume. But this is 10. That's really, really good. Okay? But that's only an indicator. That's only a signal. The real thing that matters when you're typing in Rooftops Baltimore, the real thing that... Yeah, it could be a bar, I know. But what you can do, though, Chad, is if you search Rooftops Baltimore and they're serving patios, Google looks at that keyword as the relevance of it is like... And you can see it, rooftop dining. So actually, I'm not going to go after this one. But rooftop bars... [1:00:14] But if it came back as companies that do roofing, Google sees that keyword as a roofing keyword, not a rooftops bar. So that's a s**t one. So let's not do that one. Let's go Roofing Crosby. No doubt there, right? So let's actually analyze that one. Okay? Because we don't know if this will be good or not. So here's what I used to do. I'd go to Google, I'd put in Roofing Crosby, make sure it was roofing stuff. That was something I learned from Mike Viel in the previous training that we have. And [1:00:51] the first thing I do is I say, and this is because the only thing that really, really matters is the first page of Google. Right? It doesn't matter what every other indicator says. What matters, because who you're competing against is one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten other people. Okay? And you have to rank to get AI overviews anyways, especially in Google, not necessarily in the other LLMs. But in Google, if you're not ranking, you're not getting cited. Okay? What I would do is I would look for this keyword using my search function in my browser to see if it was showing up in any of the titles, right? [1:01:29] People underestimate how strong title optimization and keyword in the domain, not in the URL slug, but keyword in the domain are. They severely underestimate the power of this, okay? So nobody has it. The other thing I look at, since nobody's optimized well for this specific phrase, right? If I go back here, and I'm going to do this really quickly, and I'm sorry to go backwards, but it's worth you guys understanding this stuff. Okay. And I wanted to see everything else that was in Crosby. Okay, there's only one, which is okay. [1:02:04] But nobody's optimized in the title for this. That's a huge signal to me. The next thing that matters is, okay, how strong are the sites that are ranking from a backlinks perspective organically? This doesn't matter in citations, but it does matter as far as rankings backlink profiles, and rankings do matter as far as citations, so it's kind of a way about. So I look at sites, right? Crosby Roofing, which is actually the reverse, so it doesn't count, right? And then what, lo and behold, they are an EMD, okay, and they have one-- Their brand, and this is what I mean about a brand can be a transactional search. One, two, three of the top 10 positions [1:02:44] on homepage, inner page, inner page, right? Boom, baby. That's wicked, right? So I'm looking at that, and I'm looking at the links, okay? Then I look at other things, so social profiles or Angie's List, Facebook pages, Yelp pages, Reddit pages. I just want to see zero links to the listing, right? That's a signal to me that it's good. Better Business Bureau, Yelp, okay, six links to the profile. Here, zero links to the profile. Reddit, zero links to the link, right? Then Crosby Roofing and Styles, they have some links, but they're not optimized for [1:03:20] this keyword, right? Roofing Crosby, they have Roofing Services, Crosby's Roofing, LLC, Miami, blah, blah, blah. So that's how I look at it. Right? And to me, this is like an in between-- If it was easy, medium, hard, to me, this says this is in between easy and medium. Right? So now how does Killer EMD do it? Same thing, okay, only automated. So we can view those details. We're looking at each individual listing and scoring each individual listing based on those elements. [1:03:57] Does the keyword, right, Roofing Crosby, in its exact, and this would be easier to look at with a three-word domain, so maybe we will. Does it exist? Roofing exists, but not Roofing Crosby. Roofing Crosby, Crosby Roofing, if it was there, it would show up in big and purple and be like, this exact keyword matters, and it's in the title. Next, we look at links, right? We're just looking-- Oh, and we're also looking at the type of site, like a local inner page with these domains, right? We're scoring this easy to beat. We're scoring this easy to beat, right, based on all these things. We're scoring this a little bit harder to [1:04:34] beat, right? We're scoring Yelp easy to beat, Facebook easy to beat, this Lowerbids Roofing, a little bit harder to beat, and then we summarize everything into what we know as a kill score. And so eight out of 10, which is four out of five, right? Easy, which is actually exactly what I said, so I'm glad that worked out, right? Sidney Crosby is the last name. Yeah, I know. It's probably not the best keyword, to be honest. If I get that out of there, let's look at all the analyzed s**t we did. I really like this, Roofing Repair Charlotte, even though it's '87, .com's [1:05:10] gone. Let me just do-- You know what? F**k it. Let's build. Oh yeah, there's the checking history of this premium domain, so it doesn't have any archive history, so screw it. So I'm going to go Roofing Repair Charlotte, okay? Is that enough of the education on the backlink stuff? I just don't want to spend too much time on that because the site build part is important, and it's going to take a little bit of time, and hopefully, you guys will want to stick around for watching what I do. I'm going to shortcut a lot of things for the webinar, but we'll follow up on the [1:05:47] training, okay? So I'm going to purchase this. I'm going to confirm this order. I'm going to log in. I'm going to give my OTP code. This is Namecheap. All right. So we're going to do Roofing Repair Charlotte. [1:06:23] Oh, yeah. Make sure it's there. Yeah, Roofing Repair Charlotte, okay? We have an offer. It is the Roofing Nationwide offer, variable rates, five to $150 for 60 to 100 seconds, or a cost per lead where the caller must make an appointment. You get either or, okay? That's why the payouts will differ. Okay, so let's start building. So first thing, I need a host. Zagio is our core software, like I've already said. [1:07:00] We now offer hosting built right in. So I'm going to add an instance. The domain, I'm going to add it to my Cloudflare account, I'm going to add it to my dedicated server, and we're going to go continue. I need to update my name servers to these, so I'll do that Custom and Sarah, and we will update those. [1:07:38] And I'm going to open a Notepad file because I'm going to have to key in some things that I do. So this is just how I build. Okay? So I'll literally open a Notepad file and start keying in some of the things that I need as I'm doing it, and I'll keep showing that to you guys as I do that. So back over here on Zagio, there you go. It says, "Nameservers are correctly configured. Would you like us to install WordPress?" Yes. It's going to install WordPress. I see a lot of questions about other things besides what I'm teaching, and I will take those questions, guys, just not while I'm teaching. Okay? [1:08:15] I'll do that at the end of this. Okay. Now, the next step. One thing I want you to take note of, guys, when we go to Phoenix Plumbing Co., do you notice how the trucks all say Phoenix Plumbing Co. and the header image has my company's logo on it? There's the building with the trucks. We have these nice little call to action banners. This guy's got our company logo. These are all things that we do to help [1:08:52] increase the reliability. Not reliability, but it looks real, right? It looks more real than using stock images and s**t. But we go further than that. We even want to put our call tracking numbers on the trucks, our website URLs on the trucks, or on the logos and images. So I built another little app for that called Trust Made Media. So I'm going to log in. We're going to start going there and building this out. But before I do that, because I need a phone number, I'm going to go to my call tracking app that I built, [1:09:30] and we're going to set up a call tracking campaign as well. These are all things we're going to need in place. There we go. That's done. So let's first go into... Let me close what I don't need. I need this. So I'm going to go into Ring Robin. I'm going to go to Campaigns. I'm going to go Create a new campaign, and I'm going to give it the name. I'm going to give it the domain. Description, I don't need. And I'm going to [1:10:06] create the campaign. No. There. Okay. Campaign. So we'll sort by campaign. There it is. I'm going to enter that. And then what I need is a phone number. Right? So I'm going to buy a new number. And we are in the United States. And the city that we're going to do this for is Charlotte. That's North Carolina, right? I'll just leave it at Charlotte. Search numbers. [1:10:44] Here we go. Charlotte, Michigan. Charlotte, Utah. I need North Carolina, don't I? Where's Charlotte? Apparently, there's a few. Trust factor. Yes, thank you. That's what I'm going after. North Carolina. So let me go back to search and set the state. All right. Charlotte, North Carolina. [1:11:20] I don't have to be too picky about the number. So assign it to the campaign and then configure it so that it can actually take calls. Okay. And I need that number. So I'm going to put that number on my little Notepad. Right? So now that I've got that and that, one other thing I might need is quotes at an email. Right? The basics of the information. Right? So now, back to I'm going to need images for my [1:11:58] website. So this is pretty cool. What is your company name? Roofing Repair Charlotte. Next. Where are you located? Charlotte, NC. What industry? Roofing. Contact details. I want to show my phone number on the images in that format, and I want to show my website on the images [1:12:36] in that format. So continue. Trades and home services. I can upload a logo, or I can create a logo. So roofing, I don't know. What are roofers like? I like darker colors, so I'm going to do a reddish maroon. Yeah, that's good. And secondary, I'm going to do a dark, but not all the way dark, and then I'll do maybe a tinge of gold or something there. I like that. Maybe a little brighter. There. Those are going to be my color palette. I want a combo mark. [1:13:12] So I'm going to continue. I'm going to choose ChatGPT image 2, because it does, and I'm going to go medium quality to lower the price, and it'll generate. And this is all the setup work, and it'll all start happening a lot faster once we have the basics in but yeah, you want your basic business information and s**t like that, right? So we're setting that up right now. And then I'm going to check on this admin, see if that works. There we go. Site set up. Awesome. [1:13:48] So I'm going to log into the site. Okay. First thing I want to do, always connect it to my main Zagio account, of course. So the plugin's free, it's on the WordPress repo, but I want to connect it to my main account because my main account, when I was doing those initial things, this guy, is where everything is connected. It's my dashboard of websites, right? So there we go. It's connected. Then I want to go to Zagio settings, and I just want to clean [1:14:24] the WordPress install because they always come s****y. Right? So I go to WP Easy Setup. I select all those, and I just click Run. And that just wipes everything. So it's super clean. All the pages, "Hello Worlds" and crap plugins and stuff like that. If I go to Installed Plugins, you can see the only thing there now is Zagio. There's no posts, no pages, no comments. Clean. Okay, let's go back to Trustmade. There's my image. Roofing Repair Charlotte. It's not my favorite, but [1:15:03] you can request revisions, but I'm not going to do that today just to be quicker, okay? Approve and continue. Now it's going to say reference photos. Upload photos of real items if you want for AI consistent generation. These are optional, but let's go with-- I want two residential shots, two commercial shots, two before and after shots, the field presence. I want those. I want those. I'm going to stick with ChatGPT [1:15:39] image two, medium output file format. I want it to WebP, and I want to include my contact info to the images, right? So generate the assets. That's it. So that's going to send that away to AI with all the context it needs to create really relevant images. To give you an idea of what those look like for other projects while that one's running, I'll show you one of the past ones, Roofing Jacks. So [1:16:19] got the logo, and then the logo's the first step because the logo goes to the-- and that's my tracking number for that site. Okay? And all these images, they go to the website, right? And I'll show you how to do that later. I love the vehicles, the little trust images. Okay. It's like what you said, Robert. Trust factor. And then some nice header images and background images as well with your logo kind of baked in. Yeah, Paul, we're recording. [1:16:54] So that's what we do for-- Remember, I care about conversions, right? So this whole entire Trustmade Media was built because I care about conversions. I want my sites to look good, right? So let's go back to Zagio, and we're going to start putting in, again, some stuff. Yeah, we'll save that. Okay, so where are we at? We don't need that. We don't need Killer EMD anymore. Ring Robin, we have our phone number. We have a drag and drop call flow builder in Ring Robin, so if you want [1:17:31] to go to basically whatever call flow you want. For what we're going to do, what I suggest is drag in a welcome message that plays to the user. You can upload custom audio or use text-to-speech and just be like, find out what is going to be said on the call. So we call the tracking number, and then we listen to it, and then we set expectations here. So when someone calls, they call us, we answer the phone. Well, the system answers the phone and says, "Hey, we're going to connect [1:18:07] you with a local roofer. If you agree, press one." They press one. Right? We could also have it answer with AI. We now have an AI answering feature, which is absolutely killer. I'm going to throw that one on there for now because it's just too cool. Oh, yeah, I got to create an agent. Maybe I won't do all the setup. We'll focus more on the site. Okay? But there's a lot of cool s**t we can do here. Phone menus, forwardings, just anything. AI answering, scheduled AI answering, passing to thing when someone submits a form, it could call back the business owner and [1:18:46] say, "Press one to be connected to the guy who just submitted the form." It's just crazy good Ring Robin software. It's just getting better and better. But let's go back to here and do some of the homework that we have to do. So I'm going to go to Zagio settings, sorry, SEO settings. And I'm going to go to Profiles, which is the information we're going to give to the AI so that when they're building our site, they're building it about us. You know what I mean? They're building it about our company. So business name, [1:19:23] Roofing Repair Charlotte. Business address. We don't have one. That's okay. We don't need one. Business city, Charlotte. State, North Carolina. Country, US. Zip postal code I like to get. How do I get it? Whoops I go to Google and look at a business listing map. So, I don't know. Let's go to these guys in North Carolina, [1:19:59] 28211. Phone. We have that. Email. That'll put it into the Google format. Email is going to be this. We don't even need to activate that email. Ringostat takes care of this for you. And I don't have any social stuff. If I wanted to add social profiles, I could always do that later, but that's good enough. Okay, this is what I do starting out, guys. Okay? That's it. So that's all saved. [1:20:34] I'm going to go to the AI features. I'm going to enable LLMs text because I want the AI guys to go into my site. OKF is a brand-new thing that I'm going to enable that nobody even knows about it, but it's already in Zagio. I'll talk about that more in the other training. When the site gets built, it builds this open knowledge format that feeds to the models, and it's insane. Fully untested as of right now, but I fully expect really big things. Okay, the next thing I want to do now is I want to choose the view of my site. So I'm going to go to Templates. [1:21:13] I'm going to search for roof. So we have, like, 100 and, I don't know, 100 and some templates that you can choose from to start with. Zagio does need, if you're going to use our AI WordPress builder, you do need to use one of our AI templates, but we have them in Elementor Free and Pro and Gutenberg using Kadence for all of our templates. Now, you can use any template for anything. Like for instance, this is an attic insulation template, so if [1:21:49] we view it, you think, well, I can't use that one, it's about attics, but we're going to change all the images. We're going to change all the text. So anything can be about anything. So you're going to think of templates more like layouts than you are going to think of them like niche-specific templates. But this is a really good one. This is a really good one, and I'm going to use it. CRO. These are conversion rate optimized templates. Wow, I didn't even know those five went in. These are awesome. I'm going to use this one. Elementor Gutenberg. I'm going to claim. [1:22:25] Okay. I don't know, Siri Andrew. I'll do this for you. I'm going to use Elementor for this one. Okay, I'm going to install the Elementor version. Let's see how Trustrade's going. There's our roofing repair Charlotte imagery. There's our guys. There's our owner. So it's coming. There's our template that we're going to use. [1:23:04] You guys all with me? Everything seem pretty understandable so far? It's not too crazy? Might take a little while to get the hang of the build process, but it's honestly pretty easy. And in our course, we have a literal SOP. If I go in my school community, this one, if you guys join it, and you go into Classroom, and you go to SOP, there it is. Okay? Step by step what I'm doing right now, and I update [1:23:41] it as it needs to be updated. I'll probably add another one for... Oh, yeah, the other thing we have while I'm waiting on things to happen, by the way. That's when I'll take the opportunity to-- Oh, that's done. I'll take the opportunity to show you things. We've done a lot of trainings in the group so far. One of the things I built for you guys is a SOP library because there's SOPs for almost every step. So we have two main strategies, direct to buyer for lead gen or pay per lead. [1:24:16] So I literally start with where are you at right now, and then you just start going through the thing, where you can literally follow each SOP, or if you get lost, you can now ask Kirk, how do I add schema or something, you know what I mean? And it will talk to you about literally every training we've ever had, every training we ever will have, plus the dedicated SOPs. There you go. And this will link you-- Scheme. I meant schema. It makes it so easy [1:24:53] for when you're doing this to be like, oh, I'm at a specific step. How do I do this, or how do I do that? You can just come in here and do this. This gets given to everyone. So there you go. Schema lives in Zagio. You click this, and it takes you over to the video, so you can watch the video and timestamps where you need to watch. Okay? Pretty easy. And with AI, things are always... Let me refresh that. I'm going to keep slugging forward. I might have to give up a little bit of perfection on this webinar, which we'll [1:25:30] clean up later, just to show you the full process. So I've got my template installed. The next thing I want to do is get those images that I do have into the template. I don't know why this is... All right, I'm going to report that issue. Send that report. That goes to me, actually, on the back end. AI is busy. Okay, so what I'm going to do is I'm going to go to project settings, and what I'm going to want to do is send these images into my WordPress from Trust Made Media. So for that, [1:26:08] we go to all users, and we're going to create something called an application password. It's really easy, okay? Don't get all scared or anything. I'm going to go into this user, the one admin user I have. I'm going to scroll to the bottom of that user, and it's explained how to do this in Trust Made Media anyways. I'm going to add an application password called TMM. Okay. And I'm going to copy that. I'm just going to stop this for now to carry on. Okay. We got a few images, and when it's done, you'll see this, Upload to WordPress. So you're going to give it a few things. Your site URL, [1:26:47] your username, which this is the username right here of the user, and the application password, which is not your WordPress password, it's this guy. Okay. So I'll save that for future use so that if I want to make more images and send them directly into WordPress, it happens. So we're going to make sure these are converted to WebP. We're going to rename all the file names to SEO-friendly file names that are good for SEO. And we're going to add alt text and s**t like that, and I'm just going to click that, and that will send those images into my WordPress so that I can use them [1:27:25] on the build. Okay, now that it's sending those three, I'm going to generate the 22... Whoops. How do I stop that? Can I stop that? No, I forgot to click image two. Doesn't matter. Let's go to media library. There they are. Okay. Roofing repair Charlotte owner, roofing repair Charlotte team, business. Okay. There's the logo. So now I'm going to go to the template pages because what our templates are, are pages. A homepage, a contact page, a legal [1:28:04] page, and a service page. The service page gets duplicated for every keyword cluster that we come up with on the next step. So really, I'm just going to quickly edit this one because this one will be duplicated. I want to make sure I have all the elements correct. And if I didn't want to do this, I could actually have AI do it now, but I'll just do it quickly. One of the things I'm going to want on this page is that little cell phone. It works really good. In Ring Robin, it's called a messages [1:28:39] widget. We'll call it number one. Okay. And I'm going to go actions, get embed code for the embedded phone and my little notepad. I'm going to put that right there. Yes, I'm moving fast. Actually, that's so good, I almost don't want to do that. Let me switch my strategy, so I'm going to do a form instead. Get embed code, [1:29:15] JavaScript widget. Yes, I want that. So I put it on my notepad. Okay. That's the form embed, that's the embedded phone from Ring Robin. Ring Robin's going to track everything for us. Traffic, conversions, calls. We can create white label reports to send to our clients, recordings. It does AI answering. It's freaking insane. It does dynamic number insertion. I'm going to go to Chirps, actually, and get the tracking code. Okay, I'm going to copy that. [1:29:59] And I'm just going to paste it into my Xagio SEO settings scripts, like header scripts. Not that. This. This is the track everything code. Okay? A little snippet. There. That's all I got to do. Now every time someone visits the site, I'll see it. I'll see who they are, where they're from, if they converted, what pages they visited, everything. [1:30:36] Damn, this is so good, I almost don't want to touch it. Except I don't even have to worry about the words. I'll change the logo, obviously. Actually, one thing I want to... I'm going to edit the image quickly first. I'm going to just crop to make it logo dimension. [1:31:13] There. Save edits. There. That's going to be our logo. Right. I can make it a little smaller if I want to, bigger, whatever, and I'll left align it. Any images I want to update, I can update now. Whoops. We said roofing repair, so I am going to-- I do want to change the background image to something a little better here. What did I just do? [1:31:54] Notice I'm on Elementor free. Oh, yeah, that's why. Okay. Siri, are you still on? Do you want to handle this s**t for me? Sorry, I don't understand. Not you, Siri. Geez. AI's like taking right into my living room. Let me just refresh this. Okay, there we go. Okay. Style, Background. I'm going to change the background image to my team [1:32:29] because I think it'll look cool. All right. I'll change this, too. I would have a lot more, of course. There we go. We're getting a bunch more in there. Right? But I'm going to use what I got for now just so that we can move forward, and just understand that you would obviously use what you had. Come on. Why is my media library not loading? There we go. [1:33:06] I'll change it to that. It's a little slow, and I'm not sure why. Thanks, Harry. He's like, "I like your thought process." Like this guy, I would obviously change to the homeowner guy. Okay? Do you guys get the idea? This is the page that is going to get duplicated, so I'm setting the stage for a good duplication. [1:33:43] Right? I'm going to go that far, and unfortunately, I'll have to change everything else later on. Okay? So good enough. You put whatever you want to happen. Actually, this is a global footer, so I don't have to change it right now. I know Siri and you would, but I want to be quick on this webinar and show you the next step. Okay? That's it. That's all I'm going to do. And now we're going to start finding what keywords, pages do we want to target on this site, because we don't want to just rank for roofing repair Charlotte, [1:34:19] kind of want to see what the market's like and the demand is like. Right? So we want to do some keyword research and clustering. So now that that's done, I'm going to go back into WordPress. Hopefully, that's saved. I'll just leave that open just in case it's got a... So for this now, I'm going to go into a feature called the Project Planner, where I'm going to do my keyword research, and I'm going to use something called the AI Wizard for local. What city? Charlotte. [1:34:58] Roofing repair. Okay. Now, if this was roofing Charlotte, I could do roofing, shingles, whatever, but literally my domain is roofing repair, so I'm going to try and stick to roofing repair. Okay? So let's go Continue. Now, the best place to find good keywords, low-opportunity hanging fruit, is from the top ranking pages for that main keyword. So I'm going to select all the recommended sites, and I'm going to click Finish, and this just kind of does all the keyword research for me. [1:35:36] If you want to do your own, you can. You can import keywords, but if you trust my process and the way I build my tools, you don't have to. Yeah, they're getting good here. This is a DPD image 1.5, actually. That's still pretty good. That's kind of weird, but that's good. If you don't like them, you can always change them, right? [1:36:12] Put them on a roof. Right? It'll swap out that image for you. And again, all those images, you can keep pushing them into your WordPress as they go. Really good software. Let's get back to this guy. So there's all my keywords, right? So now my job here, and the most important job, and one of the reasons I think we rank sites so fast is because our pages are really, really tightly grouped topics, right? So each cluster of keywords is a topic, right? And we've already kind of done the initial work for you, but what [1:36:51] I like to do is do another pass. So this will be a page, this will be a page, this will be a page, this will be a page, right? So let me do this. One of the things I want to do, remember I said repair was probably my most important keyword? So I'm going to pull out the word repair. I can do it this way, or I could do it another way. There's a bunch of ways to do it. Let me go Groups, or Keywords, and Seed the keyword. Okay, so new group name, I'm going to call it .repair, and your seed word is repair, [1:37:28] and that'll create a new group and pull out the word repair into all this. Right? So there's actually quite a few keywords here. Right? And if I want to stay a repair site, I'm going to ignore best roofing and roofing company and metal roofing and s**t like that. I could always go build another site for any of these. Remember, each one of these keywords might be a really potentially good thing, but I want to focus this site on roof repair. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to go Groups, Select All Groups, except for the repair group, [1:38:03] and I'm going to go Groups, Move- Selected groups into a new project, which is I'm going to call Later because I like those keywords, but I only want to work with relevant keywords right now. So now I have this. Okay? And I'm going to do the same thing. This time I'm going to open the word cloud here, and I'm going to start separating these by residential, metal, flat. That's probably siding. [1:38:41] I'm trying to say in roof repair, there's flat roof repair, residential roof repair, metal roof repair. So I'm going to seed those now. So again, I'm going to go to seed keywords, and I'm going to go to this... No, this is good. So I'm going to seed those. That's going to create new groups. Okay? So now I have flat roof repair, I have residential roof repair, I have metal roof repair. But I still got this main group that we have, so I'm going to do it again. [1:39:17] And I could literally eyeball it now, but I still like using this word cloud. So I see leak, like roof leak repair is in there. Some of the stuff is not going to be good, like siding, gutter, vinyl, unless it's really got to do with roofing. So I'm going to move those into another group. I'm going to seed those actually out, except for this leak one. So now I'm looking at the negatives. Right? And I'm going to go Actions, Seed keywords. Whoops. Siding, gutter, vinyl. [1:39:54] Or I could do this another way. I could just click Add an empty group and then drag them over, but I'll do it this way. And just to show you something cool, I'm going to call this Maybe, a new group called Maybe, and I'm going to do gutter, siding, and vinyl. And I'm not even using the full words, but it'll do the job, and it'll put all these keywords into one group for me just to show you a new... So these are maybe. So gutter repair. [1:40:29] Roofers probably do gutter work a lot, actually, but not siding. You know what? I'm going to keep them. Would you guys keep them, or would you get rid of them? I'm going to take these siding keywords. I'm going to move those keywords into a new group. There's my siding group because roofers will do siding. Roofers will do gutters. [1:41:09] What is this process showing? So thank you, Robert. What I'm doing is the initial keyword research I did for this-- So my site is Roofing Repair Charlotte. We've identified that that's a good niche, low competition, high profitability. The next step I did was research the top-ranking sites for the keyword Roofing Repair Charlotte, pull in all those keywords, get rid of the irrelevant s**t, and then clean up the leftover good s**t. Does that make sense? And each one of these boxes, if I go Groups, Collapse, is going to become a new page on the [1:41:44] website that the AI is going to build. Does that answer your question? It does. Okay, so let's get back to this because we're almost done. Expand keywords. Sorry, Groups, Collapse all groups, Expand keywords. So we have our main. So we have roof leak repair. That one's got to go into its own group. It's only 40, but it's a good [1:42:21] thing. I'll explain a little more of this, too. Let me select this keyword, and Actions, Move keywords into a new group, and we'll call it Leak. Okay. So if we look at this, Robert, and everyone else, as a plan or a blueprint for a highly topically relevant website for roofing repair in Charlotte, these are the keywords we're going to go after. Roof repair Charlotte, North Carolina, da, da. All these keywords have the exact same intent. It's all about roof or roofing repairs in Charlotte, North Carolina, except [1:42:58] for this one. This is Port Charlotte, Florida, so we can get rid of that. Because I don't want that to be included in there. Whoops. Did I just delete everything? Oh, s**t. No, tell me I didn't delete that group. I did. Okay, so now I have to go do it one more time just to get it back because it's that important, but I'll finish this concept first. [1:43:33] We need an undo button. Yeah, no s**t. Each one of these groups. So this is about flat roof repair. These are the keywords that I know have search demand. So we're going to optimize based on these keywords. And then this group is about gutter repair in Charlotte, and we're going to optimize this page based on those keywords, and we're going to write content based on these keywords and these optimizations. We're going to write schema based on these keywords and these optimizations for every page on the site, and it's all going to be targeting this Roofing Repair Charlotte brand with the logos, the images, the phone [1:44:09] numbers. It's all going to be tracked because we put RingRobin on there. But this is the blueprint of what's going to be sent to the AI to be built. Which one is going to be the home page? The one that most closely resembles The one I just deleted. The main domain, which is roofing repair Charlotte. So let me go get back that nice little tight group there. It'll be fast, okay? Charlotte roofing repair. [1:44:45] It's good for you guys to see this again anyways, because if anyone makes mistakes, you'll see what you can do about it. How long have we been on? Holy s**t, we're almost at two hours. Is that right? You guys still enjoying? We still good? Because we're just about to click build on the builder, and then you get to see the site being built. This is all the planning that goes into the thing. They say that AI is only good. You get s**t in, you get s**t out, right? But if you put something brilliant in, you get something brilliant out. [1:45:23] So the reason why we set it up, we set it up for success, brilliant in. So AI is going to take everything we've done and build a beautiful site. So watch how I can do this really, really quickly. Here's my new project, guys. So you can see there's the one I was working on originally. So I'm going to rename this to Main. Okay? These are my later keywords that I moved, but here's the original project. Whoops. I'm going to load this. Keywords, I'm going to seed out the word repair. [1:45:58] Repair, and that'll pull that repair group. And then from this group, I'm going to just move the s**t that doesn't do with roofing. So good, good, good, good, good. Gutters, I'll just throw over there. Gutters, I'll throw-- I can even select multiple. So gutter, flat, metal, residential, and port, those were gone. Okay. So this group, which is the good leftover group, seems a little lighter to me for some reason, but I'm going to move this group, just this group, [1:46:35] right, back over to my main, and that restores it. Or I just don't be an idiot and not delete it. Okay. So there you go. Okay? I'm sure there was something else in there, but it's not a big deal, okay? I want to make sure that my main keyword is in there, roofing repair Charlotte. And it's not, so I'm going to add it even-- it just didn't pick it up for whatever reason. It usually is in there. Okay, roofing repair Charlotte. I'm going to make sure that I grab the volume and [1:47:12] the CPC for that. It normally should be, so the language is English. Country is United. There we go. Okay. And there's my plan. So I'm going to set this one to be the homepage, and I'll tell the AI that, right? Because someone asked how the seeding decisions and logic for me is my biggest challenge. It's something I can watch 100 times. Yeah, Rebecca, it really, really comes down to this, okay? It really, really comes down to this. From the person typing in Google, [1:47:49] does this mean the same thing as this and this and this and this and this? If all these keywords mean the exact same thing 100% to you, it is a good, solid topical authority. Flat roof repair is not the same as roofing repair or roof repair, right? If this keyword is over here and ask that same question, roofing repair, does that mean the same thing as this? I'd say, "No, it doesn't." This is more specific. Because it's more specific, it belongs in a different group, right? [1:48:24] That is the clarity and intent of a keyword cluster that we use, that we give to the AI to decide how to write this optimization. So if I had these flat roof keywords in here, the AI is going to be like, "Oh, well, we got to consider flat roofing, too," and it would kind of write that into the title and the description, and then you'd get what's called cannibalization. Right? It's not 100% focused to, are they talking about roofing repair or are they talking about flat roofing repair? I'm not sure which one. They're trying to talk about both, but we don't do that. [1:49:00] We feed Google one and one focus only, right? We do that, and we're improving the clustering engine, by the way, guys. We're improving that clustering engine so that this thing is just out of insane good. So Charlotte siding repair, Charlotte siding. So again, another way to look at it is if you open the word cloud, right, on each of these groups. What the word cloud does is if you click on any word, you'll see it'll highlight where the word repair is used, and the bigger the word, the more time it's used within the thing of keywords. There's nothing. So this is kind of like what the AI is going to see. [1:49:37] It's going to be like these are the important words, not keywords. These are the important words in order to optimize properly, and the words that are bigger, we should probably think about those a lot more after choosing whichever of these keywords is the best one to optimize for. The AI is literally going to calculate whether this is a better low-hanging fruit keyword than this one, given that they both have the same search volume. It might even decide, listen, the best, quickest way to rank number one on Google is to actually target this keyword at 20 versus these ones at [1:50:15] 110 because we're considering the competition of the keyword. That's how we get fast rankings. To you, you might be like, "No, but I want to rank for this one." But the AI's going to say, "Listen, bro You'll get more traffic faster by optimizing for this than for these. And you'll still, just like that Phoenix Plumbing one, we built Phoenix Plumbing Co, but we're still ranking for Phoenix Plumbing. That happens all for you because we taught it how to do that. This group right here is a great example. Each of these variations, number one, does it mean the same thing 100%, no doubt? Charlotte Gutter Repair, Gutter Repair Charlotte, Gutter Repair Charlotte, North Carolina. [1:50:55] 99.9%. The only thing is this one and this one don't say North Carolina. But we're going to just assume, okay, for the sake of we're targeting Charlotte, that yes, all search volumes are the same. If all search volumes are the same, which phrase should we optimize most aggressively for? That's SEO, right? We want to rank for all of them, but which one is going to get us there fastest, and which one is going to bring the most leads in the event the search volumes are slightly different? The AI's been taught how to do that, and it's going to do [1:51:33] that for you. That's why s**t happens so fast with these builds. Does everyone understand all that stuff? That's a lot of teaching, but give me a "yes" if you're like, "Yeah, I'm good. Let's build, bro." And we'll ask questions later. We can come back to this. So now I'm ready to build. Okay. I'm going to have the AI take everything I've given it, okay, and I'm going to click this little AI button, and I'm going to say, "Let's go." Okay. I don't have to do any of this because I've already kind of done that. [1:52:12] Okay. I don't have to modify any of my profile data. I've already given it to it. I'm just going to click Continue, and there's that same plan I just did. Right? I can move things around in here if I want. Now, the one step I have to do was back to that example. How does it know what to build for the homepage? I'm going to tell it. I'm going to click this button and say, "Make this the homepage of the site." Then I'm going to click Run Agent X. Now, there's also a Charlotte, Michigan. Does that impact the AI in your example? In this particular instance, no. [1:52:47] As far as rankings and stuff like that, people in Michigan might still see Roofing Repair Charlotte, right? Even though we're targeting North Carolina, our domain is Roofing Repair Charlotte somewhat. But Charlotte, North Carolina is the biggest of them, so we can pretty much account-- If you wanted to do the real math, it's this. Find out the population of each of the cities, get the percentage of them that add up to 100%, and apply that percentage [1:53:23] times the keyword volume, and you know how much of that volume is likely related to that location. Pretty simple math, right? At least I think it is. So now what Agent X is doing, Agent X is the AI builder that's taking all the context that we just built for it. It's going to look up the keyword competition metrics, meaning how many entitles exist for each keyword, and that's what's going to help it make the decision on how to optimize for that group of keywords. It's going to go after, most aggressively, the lowest-hanging fruit that will bring you the fastest rankings, most traffic. Next, [1:53:59] it will write the optimizations for you. It'll write five titles, descriptions, and H1s for you, that it's going to auto-select one for you, but you can go back and change it. Right? It's writing all that for you. Then it's going to create all the WordPress pages and slugs, right? Then it's going to write the content for all those pages. And you guys remember, we had all this content, and I said, "Don't worry about it." The AI knows how to go in and be like, "Okay, this is not attic restoration, it's roofing repair or gutter repair," and it's just going to do its job. Okay. We've built it to do that. And then finally, it's going to write [1:54:35] schema, right, using all the business information, the content, and the pages. It's going to analyze each page, say, this is the best type of schema that this page should have on it, and it needs to include this information, and s**t like that, and then write all the schema for you as well. This whole process depends on how many pages you have. We had, I think if I go back to the project planner, seven groups. One is the homepage, so it's going to build seven pages. What about the LLM stuff? Taken care of. [1:55:12] Oh, like the AI overview strategy? Oh, s**t. Yeah, I didn't teach that. I might have to go into webinar part two. Or I'll have Suryanshu. Here's what we'll do, Eric. Once the website is done, which will be in a few minutes, okay, I'll go over the offer for anyone that wants to. I'll go over the offer. I said I was going to give you offer. I'm going to give you the offer right now. Okay, we'll do that while this is finished building. Once the offer's out there and you guys all have the link and you're going to have until Monday to make your decision, we can go over the AI overview strategy that we're going to put on [1:55:49] this site to make sure that it gets into AI overviews as well. Does that sound good, guys? Does anyone want to see the offer since we're waiting on a site to build? All right. So I'm going to drop a link in the chat, then I'm going to go there with you. And I'll put the link. There's the link in the chat, and I'll put the link on the screen as well, on a notepad, and then I'm going to go there with you and talk about it, okay? So hercmagnus.com/dwi2offer. I should have made [1:56:26] it way shorter than that. DWI2offer. So what is this offer? Let's go over there So this offer is the offer to join my private coaching community, which includes all the education that I teach, all the strategies, as well as all the software that I've developed all in one package, okay? It's called AI SEO Digital Lease Assets. A lot of you on this webinar are probably in either one or both of my school groups. A lot of you are used to this one, most of you, with the 4,000 members. This is my free community. I teach a lot in here, but I don't teach on the level [1:57:02] that I do in the other community, which is the one that I'm offering you access to today, which is called Digital Lease Assets, right? We teach lead gen, paid ads, all that other s**t. But the thing with this offer is that it comes with the new Done With You 2.0 that I'm about to launch, which is basically the strategy that we're talking about today, but you're going to do it with me step by step, right, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So session one is going to be July 21st, so in six days. We're going to start with niche [1:57:39] selection, right? We're going to go step by step, niche selection, making sure you understand how to use all the tools that I've shown you, like the Ringba offer thing. We're going to show you how to get instantly approved for every offer like I did. That was another part of the deal that I made with the guy, that when you guys come through me, there's no waiting period. Anything you want, any offer you want, you will be instantly approved for because I'm going to send you through a special link where he knows it's me, and he's agreed to instantly approve everyone for everything they request, okay? So then I'm going to give you access to this tool so you can go search your brains [1:58:14] out for locations, offers, everything. Session two is probably going to be... I haven't actually mapped it out yet. But it's going to be AI overview strategies. We're just going to go step by step, right? And I'll map this out for you guys step by step so that you guys can get a real live site up and going and know how to do this all with AI. You're also going to get access to the original step-by-step Done With You session, which was six weeks for the direct-to-buy strategies, where we covered paid ads, [1:58:50] PBNs, everything. Literally everything. Yes, existing DLA members get access to this as well. There's no upgrade for you guys. You already paid, you're already in. It's just 2.0 for you guys, so whoopee. So you're going to get access to that private school community, guys, the original Done With You session one, the newly launching Done With You session 2.0, teaching this strategy starting on Tuesday, July 21st. The link is in the chat, Diane. Diane, I feel like you're already in my group, so you don't [1:59:27] have to buy anything twice if you're already in that private community. So that's the training, okay? Access to that school group. Now, the software stack is also included, and this is where it gets ridiculous, okay? Today we used Killer EMD, Zagio, and Trust Made Media. You saw SitePane, but we didn't use it. We will cover what it's for and why later on, but it's the overlay software. Killer PBN, how to buy $1,000 PBN domains for, like, 100 bucks in this software. Linksheets, if you need to build links, you need to track their effectiveness, that's going to be in... [2:00:04] Yes, not unlimited use, Jeshua, but so much use that you're not going to run out, right? Ring Robin we looked at today. It's the call tracking software and the AI answering system. What link are we talking about, guys? Like the buy link? Oh, I didn't drop it. Sorry. There you go. Do you guys see it now? Okay, sorry about that. I sent it to presenters. Yeah, there's the link. Herkmagnus.com/dwy2/. Oh, I should've made that way [2:00:42] more simple. So Linksheets, tracking backlinks. Ring Robin was the call tracking software that has AI answers, tracks your traffic sessions, everything like that. You'll get that. This offer's so crazy. Talk With Team we didn't look at, but it's literally when I do get a client, I put them in Talk With Team so that I can talk with them in private. I won't show all of them. I talk with my clients in private here. So I set up a space for me, my clients, their clients, for us to all communicate. [2:01:19] It's amazing, actually. I love it. So you get all my software. You get all my training. You get access to the private community. You get access to the tools, like the online tools that I've built to help it be easier. Not this guy, because this is my admin area. But you're going to get access to the Lead Smart finding calculator, okay? You're going to get access to the DLA and SOP library so that you can fast-track your success. These are all the SOPs, literally, if I go to all SOPs, okay? [2:01:55] The five stages, find, build, rank, convert, and then scale, okay? So you just literally Killer EMD Niche Hunt. You go to this one. This is the starting one. You read it, you understand it. If you're not sure, you ask Kirk, right? Is $5 CPC any good? You know what I mean? It's literally reading through the hours and hours and hours of trainings I've already done for this group, answering you with a link to the point in the video where we're talking about it. It's so good. It is literally your AI-assisted Kirk [2:02:30] right there for you for when I'm not actually available for you. But also you'll have access to the group to chat and stuff like that. And I'm in this group, and I make sure to answer my DLA members' questions and stuff like that. What else did I not cover? One of the coolest things-- Oh, website's ready. So before we get back to that, two bonuses, okay? If you enroll before this four-day timer runs out, bonus number one, guys, our team will build your first site, not with you, for you. [2:03:06] Okay? So we'll help you with the niche selection. You're going to have to buy the domain, right? But once you have the domain, we will come in, take over, do the rest of the work. Okay? So that's going to go in order of who purchased. Okay? So if you purchase 20th, you have to wait until the other 20 sites are done. Okay? But we're going to build your site for you. We're going to help you with the niche selection in Killer EMD to make sure that you've got a good keyword and a good domain. We're going to help you with that process. Then once we nail that down with you, we're just going to take over [2:03:44] and use your account resources to build your first site for you. Okay? We literally do this on legit, and we sell it for $1,297. That's literally half the value right there in the price. Okay? This is $2,497 per year. You decide when to cancel. Okay? The next bonus, I actually did what I did today two days ago with Suryanshu. He's the creator of the really good AI overview strategies. He created an AI markdown file, you could give it to [2:04:21] Claude or you can give it to GPT, and it could tell you what to do, and we'll cover that on the back half of this webinar. But we built another site. Okay? And just me and him on a recorded Zoom session, and we're going to continue with that site. Actually, you know what? Screw it. I'll just show it to you. We built it two days ago. Should I show it? I don't know. Okay. There's Roofing Repair Charlotte, by the way. All those keywords are already sent to the rank tracker for us so that we start. Yeah, Diane, current members will always have access to [2:05:00] bonuses and s**t like that. Okay, this is the site, guys. And you can see it's two days old. It's not the best initial rankings that I've ever had, but it's on its way. We just started it. Okay? So you're going to get to watch me follow that. This one I'm building specifically for the PPL strategy. So we'll upload those recordings into the school group. We'll shoot further recordings private between me and Suryanshu and upload those to the school group. But we're also going to continue with the site that we're building today, the one that just finished. [2:05:35] So we'll look at it. There you go, Roofing Repair Charlotte. There's our services. There's our thing. For some reason-- Oh, yeah, the home page, it didn't change. I'll go on one of the service pages, then it'll have the team. There it is. Okay? Charlotte Siding Repair Experts, right? Benefits of siding repair. Why is the quality of siding crucial? I didn't change this image, you'll remember, but it's all replaced for me, right? Frequently asked questions are all about siding now, right? Ring Robin's tracking the forums. Everything's done, done, done. The optimization, let's take a peek at it. [2:06:12] Charlotte Siding Repair, North Carolina. Vinyl services for your home. Charlotte Siding Repair Experts. Let's look at the headings. H1, Charlotte Siding Repair. A couple H2s about siding. Sub-H3s. Perfect structure. Okay? The next steps for this site, guys, is I'll make sure that the site map-- No, it's already there. There's the site map. I'll submit that to Search Console and the home page and wait and see what happens. Like I said, guys, this is the process I've used to rank sites inside of six hours. From the minute I submitted them to Console [2:06:47] to the rank tracker saying, "Hey, it's on first page or number one," six hours is-- We're seeing tons. If I go into, and you guys have probably seen it, if I go into AI SEO and I go into the community and I look at wins, there's a whole bunch of fast-ranking sites in here that you'll see. What did you just use to inspect the website details? That's a detailed SEO Chrome extension. It's just a detailed SEO Chrome extension. Just a quick little Chrome extension to tell me the tools. Oh, am I covering this offer good enough? [2:07:22] Oh, yeah, the one thing I wanted to cover. So you'll get access to the SOP and the live chats. You'll get access to the group. You'll get access to bonus one where our team will build your first site for you, which is $1,297. That's a killer bonus right there. And then bonus number two, the metal roofing case study. You're going to be able to follow that as well as the site that I built today. We're going to follow up on that in the private sessions as well. All the software, all the training, yada, yada, yada. The price will go up to $3,000. That's what it costs normally if you don't buy before this timer is over. The bonuses will end [2:07:58] when this timer is over. If you try and buy it through the school group, which you can find in school because the group's not hidden, it's $3,000. So you'll save that $500 per year. That's pretty much the offer, I guess. Oh, the one thing. Everyone asks about the usage. I have to show this because when I talk about, I say it's not cheap, but it's super valuable, and then you guys combine the question of like, "Well, how much usage [2:08:36] do we get?" I get that. So zadio.com is the Core AI website builder. You're getting the annual plan of Cloud Agency, which is $2,497 every month. You're getting this plan for this price, plus all the training, plus the bonuses, plus Killer EMD access, Trustmade Media, SitePain, Killer BBN, Linksheets, Ring Robin, and TalkWith Team. [2:09:12] So you could go and buy the annual plan of Zagio on the biggest plan we got, or you could buy this offer for the same price and get way more. So this is what I mean by valuable. I'm not kidding. It's insanely valuable. Okay? Because we've couponed the price of access to digital lease assets down to the same price as the annual plan of Cloud Agency. Hosting is included right out of your credits. Everything you need. What are the additional costs? The only additional costs you'll experience [2:09:50] are the API keys that you use for two products, and those are to generate Trustmade Media, you'll bring your own API keys, but the cost is, I think, $2 for your entire pack of images per site. Ring Robin, you'll bring your own Twilio account, and you'll pay a dollar per number out of your Twilio account, and that's it. There's literally no other tools that you need to do our processes. There's no upsells. [2:10:27] That's it. It's as simple and as easy as I can get. Does that guy all make sense? Which API key do we need for Trustmade Media? The API key you need for Trustmade Media is either GPT or Gemini, or both if you want to use both. It depends who you want building your images. Robert, do you have to do any DLC with Twilio? Yes. If you want to send text messages to business owners [2:11:03] from numbers that you buy in the United States on Twilio, you have to apply on Twilio for the DLC as a company. And I'll show you my account because I did it. Once you have one approval as a DLC-- I'm going to go into my settings, and I'll go to... Where is it? Oh, yeah, numbers, not settings. Is it numbers? Wait, where's my DLC? I forget. [2:11:38] I haven't done it in a while. This is your AI answering. Oh, yeah, you need your open API key for AI answering if you want Ring Robin to have the AI answer your phone calls. I just built it and tested it. It's freaking awesome. Actually, do you guys want to hear what the AI answering system is like for one of the sites, if you don't want to answer calls? It's brand new, so I actually want to do this so you guys can tell me how it goes. Where did I put it? I think on Pensacola. [2:12:17] Here's another one of my sites ranking. I think it was this one. Let me go check. I'm going to have you guys call the phone number, okay? And I'll get back and finish that 10 DLC thing. I just have to show this AI answering because it's so cool, and I'm in love with it. People have been asking me for this in Ring Robin for a while, and I finally got it done. Let me think for a second what I'm trying to do. Campaigns. Pensacola. Enter. Let me check my call flow. Incoming call to AI answer. Okay, it's this one. If you guys want to experience our AI answering machine... [2:12:59] Let me load that note again. Here's the link. Okay, call this number on your phone, okay? And as you're calling it, I'll go over to my leads, my calls, and you'll see people calling. Sorry, the 850-798-304-- I'll paste it in the chat. Call this number, you'll talk to my AI, which you'll have as well. There you go. So we'll watch as the numbers call in. There you go. There's people calling. [2:13:35] Someone from Philadelphia, someone from Johnstown, someone from Lubbock. You can see AI's answering. Sorry, Mike, no monthly payment plans, no payment plans. Contact me in support or reach out to support@zagio.com. Tell us your situation. I don't do pay plans, guys, because I'm giving way too much good value to put this down to $100 per month, and then you get access to everything I got. I'm sorry, guys. I just can't do that, okay? [2:14:15] Mailbox is full on the phone. Yeah, we're working on the background noise stuff, so some people are saying-- It could be because the line's busy too, or the AI's like, "Holy s**t, all these people are calling at once." I'm not actually sure. Maybe I shouldn't have done it that way. Okay. The 10 DLC stuff is pretty easy. Let me go back to that. I'm going to go to... Oh, yeah, it's integrations. Okay. So we do block spam with Norm Borrow, Marchek's, and then here's the 10 10 DLC, manage compliance. [2:14:51] Once you get approved once, so I got approved with my business. I just put in my business information, everything honest. Ring Robin can actually help walk you through the process. Every number you can see are attached to the same DLC. And the new ones that I'm buying, I'm just coming here and being like, "Oh, yeah, I didn't attach that one." So I just attach them. Now I can send texts from this number to businesses in the US. That's a US-only thing. US has regulations for texting and s**t like that. [2:15:28] And where the texts come from in Ring Robin, well, notifications of calls. If you have a client or yourself, the number can send you a text, "Hey, we got a new call," or whatever. If we go into some of the campaigns, reporting, stuff like that. Let's go to Pensa. We'll go back into this one with the AI answering because you guys are hammering it right now. This instant lead callback, for instance, if someone submits a Ring Robin form on your site. So for instance, [2:16:06] if these forms get submitted on your site, you can have it call you, text you, and then you press one, and it'll call back the person that submitted. If they have a phone number, it'll call them back right away, and it's like, "Hey, I noticed you just submitted my form. Just wanted to follow up," blah, blah. "Do you explain in the training how to set up Twilio account?" No, but it's pretty easy, but I could do that. It's very, very easy to set up a Twilio account. You just register for Twilio for free. But I could easily add a doc for that into the SOPs. [2:16:46] But I'll tell you guys this because I know some people will be like, "S**t, this is a big offer. This is overwhelming. It's a lot of software. It's a lot of process. It's a lot of SOP." Right? And some people will be like, "Dude, it looks awesome. I don't even freaking know where to begin, and I'm scared." I get that, and we've heard that. But the way the training is structured, guys, is structured in the order of things that you need to do. Right? The first thing you need to do is understand the rank and rent model. So we have videos that teach you about that, and I talked a lot about it today, and you probably already know about it anyways. Right? [2:17:24] The next thing you need to do is find a good keyword, and that's killer EMD, and we cover that heavily in the training. So if I were to take you through the first six-week training that we did. Let me find the school group here. I'll show you what it looks like once you get in. Okay? You go to the classroom, and this is the Done With You 1.0. Okay? You watch this video. Right? And then you watch this video. This was actually let's do it together and then let's go over your questions. [2:18:00] And then this one was like, let's do it together, let's go over your questions. So then you go to this one, and then you follow them in order. So we don't even need to worry about something like SitePain or any of those other softwares until we get there. And how fast you get there is up to you because we don't gate any of the training. You get to get access to the training and move as fast or slow as you want. The aids that are available to you to assist with the training are pretty plentiful. Number one, [2:18:36] the video's here for you to watch, and sometimes we go pretty long on calls. But then the link to the Fathom note taker is there, which you can get the transcripts from or talk to the AI from here. Or you can simply go straight into the... Actually, it's in here. Go to community. Every SOP by model. You can literally... Oh, s**t, I just showed that on the screen. Now I'm going to have to change the password. You can go here, I will change that password, and just get the SOPs and talk to this guy [2:19:13] because this guy's trained on every video that we've had. I'll add today's video to it and then every other video. Lots. Okay, so Suryanshu. You still here? Is your mic better? Yeah, I'm here. Oh, your mic's not better at all. Is it better for you guys, or is it just me? Try again. Hey, guys. Hey, guys. This is Suryanshu, guys. He's my head of SEO and design, and frick, he just does [2:19:52] everything for me. Can I give you the application password to this site to go do what you need to do? I switched devices because the mic wasn't working, so I'm on a different computer. Okay, you know what? I'll just try and do it, and you guide me. Okay. Am I audible? Yeah, you're good now. Yeah, you're good now. Okay. Okay, guys. So that's the offer. I'll leave that off. I'm going to email you the replay. You'll have access to the offer. The only reason to sign up faster or slower is we take the bonus builds in order of [2:20:29] purchase. Okay? For all you that are joining, you're going to join. My team's going to reach out to you, Alex and Tanya, who are amazing. We get tons of great feedback about Alex and Tanya in support. They're going to set you up with everything you need, send you your passwords, pat you on the bum, and say, "Jump in. Go." Okay? Don't be scared, just go. You'll get access to everything, and then just start going through the training. Start replacing some Netflix and chill nights with some Herc and chill nights. [2:21:06] Okay. So now this site is built. There's more that I would do, and maybe Suryanshu and I will do another call later on, but before I submit it to Search Console, I'd want to make sure that the form works, that there's no pictures that are-- That's so good, hey? This attic insulation thing, yada, yada, yada. I want to make sure the phone number is click to call. All the little things, you know what I mean? [2:21:43] Update the footer. Anyways, but what we're going to do now is the AI overview strategy to this site, okay? But this is where it's going to get weird. Who knows what agentic AI is? Give me a one if you know what that is. Give me a two if you've never heard of agentic AI. A one if you know, a two if you don't. So we're going to use agentic AI to do our work. Second. Two. Okay, agentic AI is taking your ChatGPT account, your Gemini account, your [2:22:19] Claude account, all your accounts together, squashing them into one place, and then everything you ever say to it gets remembered, and then every access you give it to a website or a bank account or a server or whatever, all gets remembered, and then you can talk to your agents and you can say, "Go build me a website," and it's It goes crazy. Okay? And if you want to watch a really cool training that we did on agentic AI, you can go back to the place you actually registered for this webinar on hercmagnus.com. Go to live sessions, okay? And watch this, I Think I Cracked AI Overviews. [2:22:54] Because we use an agentic tool called EZ, and it is absolutely by far the most-- I don't even know how to explain it. It took over. It's my everything. It's my anything, okay? I use Zagio to build-- Oh, there's one more thing that you guys are going to get that I didn't talk about. I use Zagio to build my sites because its process capabilities are step by step, and each step is required to make the next step good. Okay? EZ is my polish layer for my sites. [2:23:30] So I don't actually need to do any more work on the site physically, manually. Even if I don't know how to work with Elementor, it doesn't really matter because I use my agentic system to make changes on my sites. So with that said, I'm going to show you how we apply the AI overview strategy. But before I do, Suryanshu, can you just share screen and do kind of a good high-level teaching on it real quick? Is that okay? I'll have to switch devices. I need two minutes for that. Yeah, take two minutes. I'll set up [2:24:08] my system. So I'm going to log into my agentic system, guys. I'm going to go to my Rank and Rent projects, and I'm going to tell my system, "I have a new site just built." Okay? It's on my hosts. Server. I'm telling it where it lives. I need you to get AIOS, this agent right here, who is fully trained on AI implementation strategies for lead gen sites, [2:24:43] to plan out the AI overview changes for the site go. This is so awesome. This tool's not mine. It's not free. I could get you 80% off of it if you want to get access to it, but it is like... You'll see. Okay, so let me back up here. So Suryanshu's going to get set up to teach you what has been taught to AOSe, who is my agent. [2:25:19] This girl, her role is getting client websites cited in AI overviews. She was taught by Suryanshu. Suryanshu handed me the files to be able to teach her. Suryanshu is training everyone on how to do it, and he's going to hand those same files to everyone who has their own EZ accounts so that they can have their EZ agents implement this s**t. But we're still going to teach you how to implement on your own, okay? Using other tools like Claude or GPT or whatever. Miles: "I use EZ. It's absolutely brilliant." Eric: "I already have EZ on, so how did you get that trained agent?" [2:25:56] I trained her. Actually, Suryanshu, if you bought EZ through us, Eric, we'll give it to you. Or if you're in our group, we'll give you that. But I trained her. There are benefits, guys, to being involved in our crew and our group. We share everything. So yeah, just reach out. We're not there yet, Eric, to give that out. We want to make sure it's obviously working really good, but then we'll give it out. So let me go back here, and you can see King, that's my son. He's my main agent. He's going to get [2:26:32] my agent to do what needs to be done to this site, okay? I'm not going to touch this site, but you're literally going to see changes happen to this site to get it AI overview ready. Okay, so Suryanshu, if you're good to go, I'll stop my share. Yeah. Yeah, mate. Okay. Sorry to put you on the spot. No worries. All right. I don't know how to stop sharing. Wait, is it this button? There's literally no stop sharing button. [2:27:12] There. Found it. Okay, Suryansh, you're good to go. I'll turn off my cam too. Is my screen visible? Yeah. Okay. Looks like it. So shall I explain the entire process through EZ or? No, not the EZ process. Tell the story of how you came about and how your brain worked to figure out [2:27:50] how to get lead gen sites mentioned as top recommended businesses. Just talk about the things you did on page. Mm-hmm. Like teach it kind of. You know what I mean? High level. Okay. So from the beginning, like how Harold already told you guys the story about his Scott Skill site, how he converted into a micro directory. And then we both think, okay, the conversions will drop, so how can we still maintain the brand identity but still get mentioned in the AIO view? So I had a website which was window installation cost calculator. I'll show you guys real [2:28:27] quick. So this site was getting ton of AI mentions. It was everywhere for whatever you search for related to Windows. And it was just a simple tool. You put the windows, you enter the details here, and it will just show you an estimate. So it's like, okay, if cost-related information and some tools can help a site getting mentioned in the AIO news, why not I just combine a local site with this strategy and see what happens? And that's exactly what I did. So I [2:29:05] started with some of my sites, and this is one of the sites I've started with. I added a cost calculator tool, and this was done with EZ, so Harold showed the entire process. But the idea behind this was, okay, anyone searching for junk removal, which he's close to making a decision. But at that point, people also search what's the cost? What's the cost? What's the estimate? Which business is providing the best cost? So there are queries like junk removal cost in Chino and all. So I thought, okay, why not create a page? [2:29:43] So I created a page using the junk removal cost average in Chino and added a small calculator. This was all done by AI. It hardly takes five minutes to build this. And then we let calculate an estimate. It will give you an estimate. It shows, okay, this is just an estimate. For final pricing, you have to contact the business. And there's the CTA. And when I combined this strategy with my local sites, I've started appearing inside AI overview. So I'll just show you a quick example. [2:30:25] See, there. So it started extracting the cost-related information from my site. It's mentioned here, here, here, here. Here again. And in the organic results as well. So it was working. And that's when I thought, okay, now this is just a page. This is the cost page. It's easier to get mentioned for cost-related pages. So I'll have to try something to get my homepage mentioned, that more transactional ones. So I started adding small cost-related sections on [2:31:03] the homepage. Like okay, how much does junk removal cost in Chino? And it also adds a strong interlink section for my bigger, better informational cost-related page. So it also helps the interlink, and it also provides a brief cost-related information on the homepage. And by simply adding this small section, it started changing things. My homepage also started appearing in AI overviews. And that's when it clicked. Okay, if I start adding cost-related information, parameter-related information, decision-making information on my [2:31:39] homepage and other pages, it will start appearing in AI overviews for even the transactional terms. So Harold already showed you the Baltimore deck builder search for it. It's not showing food. Okay. We'll move on. Let's go to AI mode and let's see what happens. Let's [2:32:16] see what's going on. Wait a second. I'll just use a different promo. So I have a different promo item. I'll just use this to check what's appearing. It's not going to show on a webinar. No. That's why I do the GSC stuff. No, it shows. I already showed it. You guys saw it, right? Yeah. It came up. That's why- It comes up ... I just saw it. [2:32:52] Yeah. The deck builder one's crazy, and the junk removal Chino one's the weakest so far. I think I know why. Well, for AI overview that fails for this to follow It's weird. It appears sometimes. Sometimes it's just gone, but weird. Okay. It's not- If you guys search that keyword in Google and go to AI mode, you can tell us what you see. Look for Baltimore deck builder. I'll search it on my end because I know it shows a lot. [2:33:32] That's something. Since the AI overview stopped showing on these guys. But anyways, if you search for anything related to pause, it will definitely show up. And the strategy works because my site is now here, here, here, here. It's all over AI Overviews, so it's very hard to miss when it appears over here. So the strategy works. AI will be obviously changed every time you search for it, so it sometimes combos. But that's okay. It's also appearing in the organic and- [2:34:08] Mm ... you still maintain your brand identity, you still get mentioned in the AI Overviews, and this opens a whole new gate for getting more traffic and more leads. And basically, that's the entire strategy play. Getting your site mentioned in AI Overviews, getting your site mentioned in AI mode, and yeah, that's the whole thing. So we are going to cover, guys, the strategy, the calculator thing, but also go back to one of your sites, Suryanshu. Wow, this- The structure of your content was really important as well. [2:34:43] Yep. Sorry, I was doing things when you were at. But scroll down to the cost part. Mm-hmm. Actually, it's more than that. But see that, how much does junk removal cost in Chino? So there used to be-- When I was doing the keyword plan stuff in Project Planner and we'd see those cost keywords come up, I'd always kind of dismiss those keywords and put them into don't optimize for these. And actually, now that AI Overviews is becoming so important, those question-based keywords are more important than ever, especially if they have search volume. And we're not discarding them anymore. [2:35:19] We can actually make them additional pages to apply the strategy. But also, the other thing about this site is look at the headers and the quick answers that come out of it. They're so structured as to when you arrive on this page, scroll right back to the top. Let's look at this from another perspective, okay? Sorry, go to the Baltimore one because it was the strongest. Either the spray foam or the other one. Doesn't matter. If you think about this from a AI perspective, okay? [2:35:54] Baltimore spray foam insulation is the H1. Superior insulation that seals every gap. It tells right away what it is. Scroll down a little bit. Actually, you know what? Go to the other one. The other one is even stronger. Go to the deck builder one was the best one. My AI noticed it, actually. Easy noticed it. We specialize in creating stunning and functional decks for your home in Maryland. It tells it right away what it is. Not fancy text about we build amazing decks that make you feel good when you're hanging out with your friends in your backyard. Amazing, that really descriptive, verbose [2:36:33] b******t is not here. It's like, we build decks. Right? Scroll down. Okay. About our company. A strong emphasis on quality craftsmanship and top-notch service experienced builders. It's who we are, what we do. Scroll down again. Next section. What do we do? Custom decks. Deck constructions. These are the service pages that were identified through keyword research or Zagio, all laid out. Our process. How we do it. Scroll down. Why should you choose us? You know what I mean? It is literally who we are, what we do, how we do it, [2:37:12] what else do we offer, and then the FAQs that are relevant to Baltimore, plus the links to the-- He has that tools link in the menu that offer the calculators that get cited in AI. So when you combine all those elements on your site, that's what's getting cited without the need to do anything outside of the site itself. You don't need the Facebook pages, the GBPs. Obviously, AI mode is heavily influenced in especially Google by GBPs, ratings, reviews, but we're completely bypassing that with Suryanshu's [2:37:49] strategies. And we're refining these strategies. How old is this strategy? Four weeks? Two weeks, I guess. And how many times have you updated your strategy? Quite a lot, actually. From the initial version, from where I started to this point, and I'm already improving it a lot more. Yeah. New additions, new content, new sections. So it's going to be a whole [2:38:25] SOP or something to get mentioned in the Overviews. But everything is done on your site. Instead of going out, building links, building citations, building Google Business profile, you don't have to do anything outside. Everything that you have to do is on your site, and it's just content. Not a structural thing, not an entirely new design or something. Like- Yeah, it's just- And even- It's just feeding the right content and knowing what to feed. But we're also going to be building into, and this is something else that I haven't shown you yet, and I am going to show you guys because anyone that joins is going [2:39:02] to get access to this. We've taken everything we learned about WordPress and SEO and optimizations, and now AI Overviews, as well as all our theories. So like OKF, for instance, is the Open Knowledge Format. Google it if you don't know about it. You'll learn about it. We've already built it into our WordPress plugin. But we have a new product coming called Zagio Studio, because we understand that the world is changing. WordPress, I don't know if AI-built websites are going to eat WordPress's lunch. I think it will, because not everybody needs a CMS, they just need a [2:39:38] website. So building websites with AI has become massive, right? Absolutely massive. But what's missing for a lot of people is our SEO process and our SEO engine. So we combine those two things into a product called Zagio Studio, which is in a lovable style. I don't know if you guys know what lovable it is, but it's basically on the right side, you have a preview of what you're looking at. On the left side, you have an AI chat. So we're doing what you just saw me do, and I'll demonstrate this. For AI HTML-built websites with our SEO process, and then we're also going [2:40:15] to bake in People Also Ask, like the questions and stuff, to build these pages and apply the AI overview strategy automatically on the website so that you don't have to go back and do it into Zagio Studio. We'll probably get WordPress caught up, but WordPress, I honestly believe as a big picture is dying or going to die. I don't know for sure. It has massive market share of the internet already, but HTML-built pages are making a comeback, right? Do you agree or disagree with that? I'm curious of your answers because I don't fully know the answer, but [2:40:52] HTML AI-generated websites are massive business again, right? So we've built it. We're almost done it. I can show it to you guys. It will be included for anyone that purchases. Yeah, they're on the up definitely. I build all my new sites using AI. I totally agree with it, 100% agree that AI web builders are way too efficient for-- Yeah, they're just awesome. But again, guys, a website without traffic is nothing, right? If you don't have eyeballs, [2:41:28] I was going to say eyeballs and ears, but people can't listen to a website, but they probably can if we talk to it. But if you don't have eyeballs on your website, what good is it going to do you? Just like a business owner doesn't give a s**t about rankings, they give a s**t about leads, which means your website has to be present and be converting in order to be valuable. And those things matter to us. We measure it all. We test it all, continually, nonstop. And that's the part of the point of becoming, or being in our community, is to watch what we're doing, to share what you're doing, right? We learn from each other. You learn from us, and it's weird, I'm the [2:42:06] biggest builder in my community. I feel like somebody should kick my a*s, but somehow they don't because I'm not just building websites, I'm also building this business on the side. I do the coaching, I do the software building. I have eight websites to manage. I have a team of 12 people to manage. I work a nine to five, Monday to Friday, and somehow make it all work. And still, I'm the number one builder in my own community. Actually, there's one guy, Joe, who's got over 1,000 websites built on our platform now. He's going nuts. Let me talk. Suryanshu, do you want to say anything else, or I'll show Studio? [2:42:43] Yeah. You can go. Okay. I'm going to grab the screen back. You guys want to see Studio? Where it's at right now, we're a little bit away. Studio will be a part of this weekend's deal. It's just not launched yet, Myles. It will be a part of it, though. Yes. I'm hoping and praying that within four to six weeks, we're done, and you'll see how far along we are right now, because I'm going to share my screen. Okay. It is built right into Zagio, so as long as you have your Zagio account, you'll have access to Studio. It looks like this. So I'm going to do a new project. And not only am I going to do a new project, I'm going to do a duplicate project of [2:43:20] Roofing Repair Charlotte so you can see the difference. Okay? So I'm going to go Zagio Studio, start a new project, service. Okay? Roofing Repair Charlotte, North Carolina. Why is it like that? That's weird. Why is North Carolina not first? Am I spelling it wrong? Charlotte. You are kidding me. [2:44:01] Wow! I can't do it for North Carolina. So, okay. Well, that's a bug. This is why it's not released yet. So let's do Charlotte. Sorry, let's do, I don't know, a big city. Phoenix. Okay, let's do Phoenix, Arizona. Okay. How should we build this? You can either have it just build it for you, and you trust us and our processes to do everything for you, or you can say, "Let me review steps along the way." This is part of the clustering engine. How much should we cover? Just my main niche, my main niche and closely related niches, like siding, like what we just saw, we had siding and gutters, or everything. [2:44:37] Okay. I'm going to go main and closely related. I'll go right in the middle. How fast do you need it? Priority costs a little bit more credits, but it comes out way faster. I'll do that for this webinar. Business info. I'm going to grab my little doc here and start putting in my business info. Okay. Yes, you get this when you join today. But you don't get it today, but you get it when it comes out, which will be soon. Email, phone number, address, no city. Where are we going? Phoenix. [2:45:15] I guess I need to change Charlotte to Phoenix, right? Let's just pretend it's Phoenix Phoenix, state AZ, country US, zip code I'll just pretend 45012. If you have GBP's Facebook, Instagram, whatever. Okay? Now logo. Randomize logo colors. I'm not going to get real picky. Logo style, choose your style. I'll go with this one, little icon, and we're going to generate, and it'll generate the logo. So this is now the Trust Mane media part [2:45:53] built in to Zagio Studio. Okay. Roofing Repair Phoenix. Crop's built in to get it nice and right. Save crop. Like every little problem that we had, generate unique images for every page. Yep. Show the phone, show the email. We're going to add show website, start. Okay, so now it's going to go. Basically, everything you saw for WordPress, this is [2:46:28] now doing it, but it's going to output in HTML instead. And it's way faster and it's way improved because everything we know about everything has gone into Zagio Studio, so that includes AI overviews, that includes People Also Ask, that includes just everything. It's our newest product. Let me get over here. All right. Do you guys see my screen, by the way? Hopefully, you do. [2:47:06] I'm showing studio. Okay, good. So here we have roofing companies. So I can say, I don't like the company stuff, so I can take these and create a new page for companies. So that creates a new page, and then I can start excluding groups. So, no, and then I have my companies page here, so I can go up here back to that other... Same job here, right? Let's get this one. Anything that says companies, I'm going to get out of there. [2:47:42] Got to hold my Shift key. How do I do this? There we go. Whoops. Okay, whatever. Let's just say I'm going to exclude this group for now. Okay, so roofing in Phoenix, roofers in Phoenix. This is contractors group, roof repair, gutters, roofing and repair. I don't know. So I'm going to exclude a whole bunch of stuff just to be quick to show you, but you would obviously want to do your due diligence here, but we've made it a little more intuitive, I guess [2:48:18] is what I'm trying to say. You could see it found a lot of stuff. Exclude. I'm going to exclude almost everything till it's five pages. Okay? I might have built a full-size website for this. I don't know. And as you're moving to exclude it, they go over here to excluded, and you can bring them back or whatever. It's a little easier to work with. Exclude, and let's just say we'll make this as the home page, or this one will be the home page. What is that? [2:48:55] I'll get rid of everything but those six. Okay. Okay, so plan page is six. Okay, say I did my work and blah, blah, blah. So that's good. We're happy. We click Build. What it's going to do now is that same process. You can see competition is working right now. It's going to do that same process of looking up all the keyword data to be able to make intelligent optimization decisions, then it's going to optimize title, meta, H1, slug based on all the data that it's fetching, then it's going to write content, then it's going to write schema. Okay? [2:49:36] I don't think most AI outputs HTML that's easy to host. This one is super easy to host, and it will all be crawlable. We know about this s**t, so we make sure of it. I'll retry those three failed ones, or I'll get rid of them to be fast. That was much faster than... I'll just get rid of them for speed so you can see the difference. Nope, we got everything. Okay, so there we go. So say we got our plan there. I've got to let this refinish, actually. Where's the two that didn't come in? [2:50:15] I'm going to get rid of them for now. What? They're all there, bro. It didn't like two keywords, and it's saying, "I will not optimize until I have..." Oh, there's one. "... until I have all the data." Maybe this one. I doubt it's this one. That's a pretty good keyword. Oh, this one. Okay, there, now done. Saved. Okay, so now that it's saved, it's going to start writing. Okay? Right now, it's a little clunky because we don't see that anything's happening, but what's happening in the background is it's doing its job. Okay? [2:50:52] It's starting to do the optimizations and stuff, and I'm just going to show you a past one so you can see what it looks like when it's done. Okay, so once it's done, it writes the content. So, like for this one, writes the content, starts using the logo, the images. This isn't what's going to go on the website per se, but this is the content structure that the AI is going to use to build. So we structure it, right? So this actually is the content, but it's the content outline that we're going to feed to the AI. [2:51:28] S**t in, s**t out. Good in, good out. Okay? So then when that's all done, you would go to the build lab, you'd select a project. Let's do, I don't know, Pest Control Phoenix. How many sites did I have? It looks like five. And it's got the plan, it's got everything it needs, you just click build. And now the AI is taking all that juicy, relevant content and then building a site. HTML, and then you're going to click host on Zagio or download to host on your own site, and it's yours. [2:52:03] But the best part is before you download it or before you host it, you can talk to any AI about changes you want on your site. You'll see the site here. It's building. You can see this, the design system's being read. Then it'll write the headers and footers. Then it'll write this page, this page, this page, this page, and this page, all off those contents. It's so r******d. It's so good. Four to six weeks, guys, I think, to have this thing tuned. [2:52:41] Because when we put something out, a product out, we want to make sure that it is as bug-free as we can get it, right? About how many zags did this roof site cost? I'm not sure yet, Harry. We haven't applied the actual costing. We've put in demo zag usage to make sure the engine is working, but we haven't applied the cost. But here's one thing I do know. We make it as cheap as possible for you guys so that we still make a bit of profit, [2:53:18] but you guys in the end are like, "Man, this thing is so freaking good. It's so cheap. I wouldn't imagine not doing it another way." This site, this Roofing Repair Charlotte site probably cost, how many pages was it? One, two, three, four, five, six, and the home page is seven, times five is 35 zags, which is anywhere from... The most that is in zags, if you buy the most expensive zags, was $35. But if you're on the cloud agency plan, it's about $4 to develop this website that I did [2:53:56] today on this call. And you guys are all getting-- You're not even going to be spending $4 because you're going to get a buttload of credits in your account every month. So it's not like you pay that $2497, you get access to the software. You're just paying out of your credit balance that we give you. So with this, Easy wouldn't need to use a prompt for site revisions? Do you mean with Studio? We're going to bring Studio as far as we can so that you don't need an agentic system, because it is an agentic system, but it's only got one skill. [2:54:31] We build really killer SEO-optimized sites that show up in AI overviews that look good and convert good. That's all that Studio is built to do. Whereas Easy's like, Kirk Magnus used to be a website that was on WordPress, and I had my Easy installation, my agentic system, build this into an interactive you know what I mean? Right now it knows we're in session, and then as soon as we're out of session, this is going to be like, "Replay will be uploaded later." And I have back ends in here that you wouldn't believe, [2:55:09] all built with Easy. There you go. So there's the initial site. So it's not the content that you saw, it's like this. But now that you have the website like this, you can be like, "Remove all borders and make rounded corners on all divs, images," et cetera. Now you just start talking to it. So watch these square... I guess it kind of had some round ash. There you go. See that? It just changed that. Now it's gone and did that one. [2:55:47] It's doing those ones. So you talk to it. Right? Use an image of... It chose a s****y image. That's one of the things we're going to fix here. But literally you talk to it. So it's built the home page. Now it's going on and building each of the additional pages. Same thing we did with Zagio, but for-- And I didn't supply logos, I guess, for this particular project, so it didn't use it. But a logo's really useful because then it incorporates into imagery. [2:56:24] Or maybe Mark will just put placeholder. We need more time, guys, on this one. But it's going really fast. Our development process of this tool is going really fast. So yes, you will all have access to this based on the credits that you have inside of Zagio to just start going and pushing out HTML sites. Another thing you'll have access to, guys, when you join is the seeds and satellites strategy, which has a lot to do with that. You want more leads? Get more real estate. Clone sites. It's okay, in a certain way. [2:56:59] We'll cover seeds and satellites. You get a PPL campaign that's working for you? Well, here's one of the things that I've done. I did a mass scale test, and it turned out to be really s****y because I chose a bad niche, but all these keywords, .com, .net, .org. .com, .net, .org. .com, .net, .org. .com, .net, .org. Do you see the scalability of that? I already have all the content, I already have all the relevance, the reference. I have the systems to launch sites inside of minutes. [2:57:36] I have the best keyword plan in the world. I can literally dominate Dominic. "If I purchase this weekend deal, can I delay its implementation until the HTML builder is finished?" Not really, Miles. We're not that far out, I'll tell you that much. That's kind of a weird one. I can't really do that. But what we will do, Miles, is as soon as this is out, credits in the system [2:58:14] are banked and rolled over. So it's not like you're not going to have your full value. "With the 2,497, how many Zags do you get per month?" 1,500 Zags per month, and within four to six weeks, we'll actually deliver all 12 months worth all at once. So you get your entire year worth of credits delivered to you all at once, Harry. So what is that? That's 15,000, 17,500 credits. Have fun. You know what I mean? You are not going to run out of anything. I hope you do, because that means you just built an empire. [2:58:55] Right now, we currently deliver credits every month, and then they expire if you don't use them. The change we're going to is that we're going to deliver all your credits immediately, and they roll over unless you cancel. "Can I bring an existing domain to your hosting plan?" Yeah. Just contact our support to help with that. "Can this be applied to an already built site?" Absolutely, it can. [2:59:31] Literally my clients that I work with, they come to me with existing websites. We will do the keyword research for them inside of the project planner and redo their sites for them with a better keyword plan, better optimization. I'll show you some. Suryanshu actually designed this for me. He's on my team. M1 Construction was a great example. I wish I had their old site way back machine. Let's see if we can get it. So pretty big, right? So we redid their website. This is on Zagio. [3:00:09] All the keyword research was done with them. They paid me 4,500 to do the work, and now they're a recurring client as well. And we did some amazing s**t for them. They're pretty happy. With clients, I always do one-time price for work, and then we go to recurring after that. So this was their site. They weren't getting any Google traffic. Their pages weren't quite right. The optimization was off. So we brought it from this to this, and Search Console and calls. [3:00:49] Where is that? I think that's in clients. Yeah, these guys. They didn't even have Search Console last 12 months. Apply with impressions just straight up. I have the keyword ranking trackers as well. Yeah. And then they're in also with my TalkWith Team, and they're like, "Yeah, we're definitely getting leads." We're also doing dynamic number insertion on their site so that they know if they're getting traffic from Google because a different phone number pops up when they come from Google, [3:01:26] and that number gets called. That's all tracked for them inside of RingRobyn, so it all works. So yes, it can be applied to already built sites. "You did my roofing company website for me when I bought this program a month ago. I am not really seeing any rankings. Is that because I am tracking the wrong keywords in the rank tracker, or is it really that it's not ranking?" We can look at it right now, Eric. I don't know. It's a month old. [3:02:06] I think. Was it an existing-- There's so many variables, Eric, to be honest. I have to look at what was it, what is it, was there existing links? There's a lot to look at. You can DM me, though, since we built it for you, or if you want me to show it on the site. Roof Fit Pros. There's one thing that is tough. You're an existing brand. Rooffitpros.com. Let's look in Moz. Let's say you were a client of mine, and this was your starting point. [3:02:49] I don't love that. I don't love that. Did we do this, or did you go in and change things? There's definitely issues I see already with just that. And the brand, I don't know what the brand history is. That could be affecting. Why don't you message me since we did it for you? It's not an EMD. It doesn't have to be an EMD, guys. A brand [3:03:26] obviously can easily rank, right? EMDs are definitely a huge benefit, but real brands still rank. We know that. You just have to do the right thing to them. I like the pages in the groups, though. It's just the optimization on the home page for me is not very good. And I don't think that's us. Me or no one on my team would create optimization like that. I know that. I can tell you that. That's way more in line with what we do. See, the URL, Austin Roof Inspection. This, Austin Roof Inspection. [3:04:03] The optimization, Austin Roof Inspection. That's way more in line with how we do things. Did you fiddle with what we did? I hate to ask, but yeah, that homepage is not good. But yeah, you can message me, and we can look at that in private, too. All right, guys, we are at three hours. Woo-hoo. Any last questions, guys? I'll restate the offer again, send the link. We will follow up on this site. [3:04:42] I'll send this link in the chat again to everyone. I'll display it on the screen as well. Okay. This is everything we've got, guys. This is literally-- It's access to my private community, digital lease assets, on school, all my software, all my education. It's such a killer deal. It's priced at the same as one of the softwares that you get, even though you get eight. So it's an insanely valuable deal. You can buy it later. It'll be $500 a year more expensive later. I probably will raise the price again in a bit, too. [3:05:18] Not 100% there yet, but this is too cheap, to be honest. $2,497, guys, this is an entire business at your fingertips. This can be recovered by a single client. I made $497, or I'm going to make $497 real soon in the three months that I did the little bit of tests with the PPL strategies. If you can't recover this in a year, it's simply because you're not pushing sites out. It's nothing. Crazy good bonuses. We build your first site for you. That's half the value of the package. [3:05:54] Then a 2-9-7 value where you get to see the continuation of the metal roofing case. All the software, all the training, all the education, all the AI systems to help you to be there, all the support systems. There's no upsells, there's no nothing. I'll ask you guys, did I value this properly? Is it a valuable offer? I know it's not cheap, but is it valuable? Because I did my best to make it like the value's there. "What is the story on the new Done With You group [3:06:33] starting Tuesday?" Yes, Diane, starting Tuesday, baby. "The price you're asking is extremely, extremely reasonable." Yeah, session one, Tuesday. We're going to go Tuesdays and Thursdays every week except for the first week of August, where I'll-- AI built this for me, and it did such a good job. Hurt takes his family on vacation the first week of August. Jesus, I just told AI that, so it would know not to put the dates in there, but that's hilarious. This whole page was built with AI this morning inside of 10 minutes. [3:07:09] It's crazy. Yeah, a lot of AI stuff, too, guys. Easy. If you like that easy thing. Oh, yeah, did we even look? No. Let's do that before we leave if you guys want to stay. How many people are still on? Where are we? Oh, s**t. There's still 70 people in here. What did it do? It did the proposal. Roof repair cost calculator, storm damage, roof checklist, repair or replace, schema. It's suggesting some updates, evidence of the site maps, specific crawls. Ayos completed the full back [3:07:47] plan. She's the pro. Oh, it looks like-- Oh, no, that's Ayos. She's the pro. So she gave King the plan. Like, do it. So there you go. I don't even care. Let's watch her do it, though. So what did I say? Let's go back to the top. I have a new site that I just built. It's on this server. I gave it proper access to my servers, and I need you to do something. So she went and loaded the skill, provided the scope, and now the [3:08:25] other agents are going to be spun up to implement it. Next thing is to be able to upload broke ranking sites and have one of your systems do the thing. It's already there, Robert. Easy could probably do it. If Easy has the context of what to do, it can do it, but Marco, our developer, built into this system an agent that logs into your account and builds the sites for you. It literally logs into your WordPress, and you can watch it clicking [3:09:03] around and doing things, and it's so insane. Yeah, that's the correct offer, Harry. You have the URL wrong there, but you have zero for offer. Here, let me put this back up there. Put this link in there for you, okay? If the page doesn't look like this, it ain't the right offer, okay? It's got this thing on the top. Tuesday, July 21st is when we start the next Done With You session. That's literally in four days or five days. [3:09:39] Any questions, guys, other than wanting to see the implementation of this? For new sites, will it be better to wait and deploy? So there's no difference actually as far as ranking on WordPress versus HTML. I've never had a problem ranking WordPress websites. So there's no real SEO difference. Right? So no, I wouldn't wait for anything. The main way to-- Don't wait on anything. Get working. What we have works, you know what I mean? But we're making it better, so don't wait for things to get better [3:10:17] because by the time we relaunch the thing that's better, we're already going to be working on the next thing that's better. And if you continually wait for us, there is no stopping for us. This is 10 years in the making now, guys. Xagio is our oldest product. We've added a bunch of products in the last two years, RingRob, and TrustMe Media. We're adding this year, SitePain. Don't wait. Get to work. Right? Push out sites. Don't aim for perfection, aim for volume. You will get better with volume. Right? And now, guys, sites are throwaways. Because I spent 15 bucks on the domain, I spent about 20 bucks in credits and about an hour on a webinar with you guys to put [3:10:56] this website up. I don't need it to be perfect. You know what I mean? I'm not going to sit here and polish and polish and swoon. I'm going to build 20, 30 more and go. Right? And some are going to work and some aren't going to work, and some are b*****s, and I've noticed that some EMDs in Google just are stubborn as... I talked with Kyle Roof, I don't know if you guys know that, and I told him about this. I'm like, "Dude, I can rank some sites in 24 hours, and then other ones, they just won't go." And he's like, "Yeah, Google just has a bias towards certain sites." We haven't figured that out yet. We're always looking for it. But the point is, these are now [3:11:32] disposable properties that can become very valuable. And what I mean by that is because of AI, because of the speed, the increase in speed, the decrease in cost, the increase in efficiency and effectiveness, you should be building sites like you used to be ordering articles. 20 bucks a pop. Right? Just build. Nobody's out-building me. I don't know why that is. Build. Build imperfectly, because every site you build, you're going to learn, right? [3:12:08] And you're going to take that, and you can always go back and fix something. But the worst mistake you could ever make is try to plan for perfection before you ever take action, right? And then when you finally do take action, you build your site and you're going to agonize over a single word or this, you know what I mean? Instead of a comma versus an en, I'll fix that. But agonizing over, "Oh, I've got to make sure this is polished and that's polished," that's what's going to kill everything, is that quest for perfection on every little thing you do. [3:12:44] And that's something that I had to learn really the hard way over the course of my career. It's better to put s**t out and get going, right? Because you're going to learn more, do more, experience will grow. You'll get better and better if you're working. You don't get better and better if you're planning. You get nothing if you're planning but a plan, right? And plans are useless. That was a hard lesson to learn. [3:13:21] Joshua, I like this one. I love the honesty. The price is a little high for me, to be honest. That's okay. It's more about the value than the price. For me, I'm hoping you see the value's there. I get that not everybody has the money. And you called this one. You're bringing in almost 400 with your pay per lead, but you're the best at this. But I'm not handing you a system where you have to guess. I'm handing a system where you're repeating everything I'm teaching you. This is now down to a matter of following the process that I've laid out for you, right? [3:13:59] So yes, there's risk. Yes, I agree. You haven't said it, but you're like, "$2,497 is a risk." Yep, 100%. Everything you do in life comes with some associated risk. You have to decide if that risk is worth it to you or not. Did I do enough today to convince you that, number one, the value is there? Number two, you believe in me as a teacher, and my processes, and my teams, and my tools? And number three, if you think you can do enough to recoup that. Do you think there's other strategies that we teach to make money? Well, there is. You know what I mean? PPL is not the only strategy to make money in this business. The skills that you're going to learn [3:14:37] and the tools that you're going to have access to give you a business that as creative as you are. I charged $4,000 to a client to run the project planner on their site. Right? Yeah, I know what I'm doing, but so does Xagio, because I taught Xagio how to do what to do, right? So it's not just about $2,400 gets you these tools and these processes. It gets you into a community, and it gets you an education that you get to keep when you leave, right? It levels you up. It will. Trust me. We've got [3:15:14] the people to prove it in the testimonials, right? And I'm not shaming you or anything like that. I'm just like, this is my business mind. This is my mind frame. I remember, Joshua. I don't know if you know my story. It's kind of on Kurt Magnus. This was me before I was making money in SEO. Okay? I was a broke-ass rockstar. And then I met my wife because I was a rockstar, and then I knew she was going to be my wife, so I was like, "I got to figure out how to make money." [3:15:50] So I got a job, and then I thought, "Oh, I don't like working for the man." So then I had to go through that phase of life, but I need to take care of this girl because she's going to be my wife one day. So her and I decided to quit our jobs, move to Phoenix, Arizona from Canada for one winter, six months, pure focus. We're like, "Man, that costs as much as buying a s****y used car. $10,000 we can survive on in Phoenix for six months." We did it. That was 10, 11 years ago. Now I own a software development company. [3:16:26] I never set down this road thinking I was going to own a software development company. I just wanted to do SEO for websites. There's my band and s**t like that. So what I'm trying to say is more about business and mindset. It's like if your gut is excited, if your brain is excited, if you're like, "Herk's the one. I think Herk's the one. He's the guy I want to follow," then maybe exercise. You have four days to think about it, right? What's the biggest objection for businesses not renting your site? Bad qualification of the business owner, [3:17:04] price objections, but those are all easy to overcome. It's like, "Look, dude, if you don't make money, I don't make money. So I need you to make money. So here's the free trial. Let's make some money together and take some of the money that you made, and let's do it." Lack of leads, lack of belief. The approach to the business owner is important. You can't just go off selling, spouting off. There's a lot of little things. I don't think there is one biggest objection for business owners not renting a site, but it's really it comes down to belief and value, right? If you think about it, a business owner will buy if they believe they're going to get value, meaning make money from your deal. [3:17:42] So if you can prove to them that that's going to happen, then especially with the free trial offer that we do, we always work on a permission-based system, and we aim with business owners to provide more value for free than what they're going to spend to get started with us. And that helps lower objections, increase belief and confidence. You know, like the know, like, trust factors. We work really fast, really hard to gain those. And when you get in, you'll learn all about them in school, how we do that. [3:18:19] Harry, "I like this whole offer. While you probably answered this, but will we need the AI product you offered a few weeks ago?" No, you don't need it. You do not need it, but it is so powerful. But that thing I offered two weeks ago is it's an agentic system that can do everything for you in your entire life. It's not just about SEO and rank and rent and lead gen. It can do those things very well, but it's like it does-- I don't even know how to say it. It built my SitePane software for me. [3:18:56] It analyzes my server architectures for me. It does my accounting for me. It built a relationship app for me where if you have-- Does anyone have a wife or a husband that you're like, "Why the hell can we not communicate to each other? We don't understand each other." So I built an app where a husband, when he's p****d off, or a wife can log into Haven, have a live chat, and then it'll say, "Okay, I'm going to go talk to your wife now." Then your wife's going to come in, tell her side of the story, and it's going to mediate for you without ever telling each other what's said, and then it [3:19:33] helps guide you towards effective communication. All with live-- And I built this with that EZ app. It's insane. So it's overkill for just if you're like, "Oh, I'm going to buy EZ just to do lead gen and s**t like that." It's hard to say it's even overkill for that because it's just so damn good. It's just so freaking good. For instance, the best I can tell you is if all you were going to do is use agentic AI to work on your sites. You guys saw me [3:20:09] type this in 55 minutes ago. I have a new site that I just built. You guys watched me build it. I need you to get my specialist to plan out the changes. And then she went and did all the work, planned out the changes, okay? And then while I was talking, and then all I said was, "Do it." And then now they're working to do it. Job hit a platform, needs your input. So I'll just go and tell it. So AOS needs my input. So I'll come over here. I don't even know what input I need. Wait, reply to authorize the route. Okay, choose how to proceed. [3:20:45] One, retry the job. Two, authorize a different orchestra. Here, I'll just say two. Two. So I don't know. That's kind of one of your decisions. If you just want to make websites, I don't know. No, you don't need this. But if you want to tell a team of AI experts to work and then you go do something else, you might want to think about this. This thing is insane. This thing is so insane. It's taken over my life. This is all I use. [3:21:22] Do you guys want to see some of the stuff I built with this, what's going on in the back end? I love transparency. Do you guys know I know everything about everything inside of my business? All built with that EZ software. I can teach AI, too. I'm thinking of starting an AI group because that thing's nuts. So Zoom. I know that-- Watch me build a live-- This is today's session. It's still live. There's 432 of you registered. I can go into my registrants table, and there's a lot of sensitive data in here, so I'm going to scroll quick, [3:21:58] but it'll tell me Who registered, how much money you've spent with me, when you subscribed to me, where you came from, what campaign, what groups. And then I go to replay analytics when the replay goes live. Okay, I can do the old one. I can see that the last webinar we had, on the replay, we got 1,300 people to the replay. The average replay watch time was 20 minutes. Our AI answered 90 questions. The chat rating was scored 4.3 out of five. I had 511 clicks. I know who bought. [3:22:35] All this was built with EZ so fast. And I just said, "I need this, and I need that, and I need this." This is outside of SEO completely. This is building AI tools inside your business. But that's how powerful it is. This will turn into a webinar for EZ real fast if I let it. Which level of Gemini do we need to generate the images for a typical five-page Word-- just any Gemini API. You're talking about Trustmade Media. There's only one Gemini key. So once you have the Gemini key [3:23:12] inside of Trustmade Media, you choose the model, and mid-tier model's just fine. Oh, look, we got more images back. Oh, I like that. That's nice. In your settings, you're going to provide your key. Oh, where is it? Oh, I'm an admin, so it's different for me. So you would just put in your OpenAI, your Gemini key, and then [3:23:51] choose the model you want. It's real easy. It's real easy. If you have issues, you contact our support team, they help you out. Did I miss anybody's question? What time is the session on Tuesday? 11:00 a.m. It's not on the school calendar yet. Just for fun, how many sites have you pushed out? 300-ish. I'm heading off. Thanks. Great session. No problem. Do we need to register for the new DUI session? Yeah, you will, but that'll all come [3:24:28] out Monday for you guys. How much is Trustmade Media alone? I think $37 a month. RingRobin is 500 and some a year or $59 a month. Zagio is 24-- a lot. If you buy all this stuff individually on your own, it's way more than this. Mm-hmm. And you don't get the training. This is the deal, guys. Trust me. I would love to see you on a course on how to build software. I might do it. [3:25:03] I don't know. I've built so many now with AI. I started on a platform called Lovable. With this, with RingRobin. Then I built this, and then this, and then this, and then this, and then this, and then this. This was built with EZ. This is an internal tool. This was built with Ring-- yeah, I started with a platform called Lovable, which I really recommend if you're just getting started, but then I moved over to the agentic system, and now I'm doing everything agentically. [3:25:39] But yeah, I could teach software, I'm pretty sure. It's so addictive. I've built a few apps myself. A lot of the apps I'm building are tools for my personal processes and stuff like that. One piece of advice that I'll give you right now, if you're going to build a SaaS application, don't build an application because you want to sell something, build an application to solve a problem that you have personally. We've all had those moments where with a software or a service online or something like, or GHL or RankTrack, whatever [3:26:16] it is, I wish it could do this, or I wish it could do that. Well, that's where you start. UI's good, thank you. I think UI comes from a lot of experience, but also, you can teach UI simply by, "I'm teaching SaaS." Tell the AI a UI you like and tell it to follow that, and it will. Harry, in Trustmade Media, the images are in whatever format you tell them to be when you're building the image. You literally can say output in WebP, [3:26:52] JPEG, PNG. You're welcome. Is there a way to break the payments into two or three parts if my card can't make-- I think my team-- Sam, contact support. I've seen people break things up somehow. But I don't know how to-- my team does it. Submit a ticket to support@zagio.com. If you guys have questions, okay, hit that email. That goes to our support team, and the [3:27:28] support team will elevate anything relevant to me that needs to be. Otherwise, they're very good at taking care of clients. But I need a support team, because if I was answering support tickets all day, I wouldn't get anything cool done. All right, guys. Oh, yeah. There's the offer. I kind of wanted this to finish. Not sure what's going on here. Direct's execution's underway. It's basically going to do the s**t [3:28:07] to the site. You've got the URL, you could check back tomorrow and see what's changed, but it'll probably be those little cost thing here. It might change some of the content. And then there'll be a resources link with some tools. That's the stuff to look for. I will be following up with everyone on the Done With You trainings and stuff like that on this site, as well as on the metal site, as well as easy how to use it. Suryanshu's [3:28:43] guide being implemented into your own easy accounts if you have the agentic system. Everything. Once you're inside the system, I just really take care of everyone as best I can inside of school in that system. I really do. Last chance for questions, guys. Three and a half hours. One thing I will say about the replay, guys, because I'm sure some of you might want to watch it. It will be on the same hurtmagnus site. The links that you used in the emails [3:29:22] to come to this page and register will automatically send you to the replay when it's live, but I'll email it anyways. This will automatically flip over, and then it'll also add, because I taught AI how to do it, it'll also look like this, where you'll have the ability to talk to the AI about the session, and we'll have chapters that you can jump to, as well as you can download the transcript. I saw a lot of people wanted the transcript because I know you guys feed them into your own AIs. Yeah, man, that's cool. So we'll have that for you as well. [3:29:57] Steve, if you have Zagio already, but not this offer. This HTML build. Yeah, the HTML builder is a feature of Zagio that's being added when it's done. Timeline, loosely right now, I think four to six weeks. We want to make sure it's good. I could give you access now, but you're going to be p****d off that you're burning credits. But if you really want to burn your credits you can. [3:30:32] All right. I guess that's it, guys. I will email everyone the replay when it's done. Otherwise, you can just watch hurtmagnus.com on the live sessions. This will flip over to session, waiting for the replay or whatever. It does s**t automatically now. If you want to get notified about the replay, I'll email you, okay? Okay, so you will start building websites. No, I don't wait to build. Harry, I'm not waiting for nothing. [3:31:11] I'm not sure I understand your question. I am already building websites, I'm just doing it on WordPress. The studio product for HTML sites won't be released for four to six weeks. So you can't build with Studio for four to six weeks. Loosely four to six weeks. I don't know when it's going to be ready. I'm saying I'm thinking based on the progress we've made. I just don't want to make any promises. If I could do it, have it ready tomorrow, trust me, I would. Oh my God. Because it's going to be cool. It's going to be awesome. [3:31:46] But yeah, it's coming, guys. And you got a good preview of it today. You got a good preview of how far it's come. We want to improve the design system prompts. We want to improve the chat prompts. And then the last step of this is deploy to hosting. So that it's live. So we got a couple things left to do. Give me light and dark mode. Let's just talk to it. Yeah. So we got some things to figure out, but it's good. Awesome, everybody. Thank you so much to the people who have joined. [3:32:24] We'll see you on Tuesday. To everybody who's already in the DLA group, watch your school group. All the announcements and stuff will be coming fast and furious. Friday afternoon, Monday morning, Tuesday we go live. We're going to start again. We're going to pick a new niche, but we're going to start day one just on that keyword research, just on choosing the thing, getting you approved in LeadSmart for your Ringba account so that you can instantly have access to every offer.
